they say she's emotionally sensitive?! i say anyone who gets angry easily and often is not likely to be a crying type, except she's figured u're a sucker for tears.when she cries u go limp in d knees. i look at it as hell.if u get angry at her -she criesand then u breakdown., at d slightest provocation -she's on ur case.and i'm sure she's not d forgiving type neither ![]() |

a lady's financial independence only implies i have one less thing to worry about.it doesnt mean she can't be dependent on u for some other things, say security? many girls needs d man to do all d thinking for them, or some emotional loving? u'd see a lady beaten blue black everyday and ends up in hospital for corrective surgery, she still says '. . but i love him'so long as i dont ask anything of her + i hv mi some accomodation + my ride? intimidate wetin? is u a sissy? marriage na different mata sha ![]() |

hausa families are really really nice people . their non-boko-haramist girls are sooo nice, believe me.my time i served in the northyoruba chicks are very nice when and only if they like u, jst dat when u cant speak their language they end up dumping u for marriage. i just love them though! much love ![]() igbo or maybe ibo (d ibo chicks frm delta) girls r soooo coool ![]() wts up wit fulanis, anyone? |
everytime dis poster keeps dumping expired nollywood scripts here on nairaland.i think he copies his stories frm magazines where relationship columnists make up letters (by themselves)and offer advice (by themselves) to thrill their readers |
fela was a true patriot(iconic), an activist(iconic), and a music legend. i wonder why nigeria has not named a major road/building after him or built him a monument. his activism is unequaled even to date. d govt was oppressing him.he fought back. d govt then wanted to use his lifestyle to discredit him but rather they showed us a man dautless by power and military actions, he was fearless. he had 27 wives openly but is it not shameful and hypocritical when people die these days and u realise they had battalion kids from battalion women? he was one who thought outside the box different personalities become doctors (profession to be emulated) but not their private lives. so why do some expect everyone who likes him to behave like him else u scream hypocrites! |
valicious1:hw can u prove this mr.? this is d same ethno-political and religious sentiments we bring into every issue we experience as a nation, not giving a clear view to tackling problems. besides d two forms of corruption r called grand and petty corruptions ![]() while not absolving obj of corrupt practices as u wld rather not absolve urself neither, obj was d first to be recorded at tackling corruption with d Jaji Declaration of 1977, then came Ethical Revolution of 1981 in shagari's era (one of nigeria's finest stateman) war against indiscipline was initially in 1984 under buhari ibb then came with National Orientation Movement in 1986 Mass Mobilisation came next in '87 before d reappearance of war against indiscipline and corruption under abacha (buhari's closeness to abacha may have bring abt this). not until 2000, when again, obj became d first recorded to constitutionalize anti-corruption war and took it to the courts. all other previous attempts of trashing out corruption were only operated as a sitting govt's own contribution to d nation, when a new govt came, it came wit its own pet project more like NGOs. obj's administration passed d corrupt practices and other related offences act 2000 which established d ICPC. first ever under d law of d land to tackle corruption, again obj! |
corruption in its simpliest definition is d sins that we commit. not just d looting our political leaders engage themselves with.it is corrupt to tell a lie same way as it is of d kid that gets high marks in school for assignment we all know he didnt do himself.while d icpc, efcc and d ccb are on public, civil servants and d general public, religious leaders are not doing enough to tackle corruption at the minds who assembly before them. d anti-graft agencies can focus on financial corrupt practices, misuse of office, disregard for d law of d land etc but is going to help curb individual lying habits etc? when did corruption start in nigeria? i'd say since there was a nigeria! maybe grand corruption took a new turn during d oil boom and was on d onwardprogressive destruction, but petty corruption's been there all d while. in nigeria it is particularly tough to handle because a case is being manipulated into tribal, religious and political nexus.in d end u get so confused u wonder wat we're actually prosecuting for ![]() |
