Sorry if my advice is meaningless to you but the fact remains that if you open your brain to read, assimilate and understand their is enough pointers on what to do on the thread and what you need is do your own personal research and make a decision either to take the plunge or refrain. simple. We all attended school and before graduating we wrote thesis just to enable us learn to do research on our own. work permit comes from immigration,call Poland immigration for refund naa, can you ask a refund for a residence permit that has been granted to u? Refund master

It was an agent that got me the work permit which I have confirmed it but d issue is , booking appointment for Poland embassy is a general issue now , it was a 6 months permit and d permit will expire in December and stil no date to book

The money I spent on my Poland work permit was waste, no body refund me. It’s not their fault Poland embassy didn’t give me appointment. I have to find money and do the Croatia permitt . Since this new woman consulate resume in Poland embassy it has been difficult. They don’t give visa to work permit easily . They focus more on students .

Bleep, this work permit is stupid if they won’t even give u half refund , it doesn’t make sense. It’s like paying for school the school will refund u, atleast for the work permit u should get half refund. Dis is madness , so hard earned money will just be wasting

Omo if u know the Poland is being difficult change oooh . Change to another country . For me I can’t kill my self with this Poland appointment wahala. My Poland work permitt almost expire for my hand because of appointment since April . My Croatia work permit came out after 30 days with the help of my employers and my appointment is book already in VFS center. To leave Nigeria is the main goal, Poland embassy is not encouraging at all. Note am not agent , don’t ask me how I did my Croatia own. Am just here to encourage people who are confuse on what to do . Good luck all

Question?? If ur work permit expires and u never even got to do interview talkless of even traveling to Poland , do they give u any refund at all for the money u spent for the work permit

Please let me get something straight so after the online booking on the website the next step is to be involved in a raffle draw kind of situation where they will be one I thought we say 1000 applicants or 10,000 applicants so if you’re lucky to be picked then you can come for a visa interview and then you have to be lucky again for the visa interview for you to be granted your visa

So, I was in contact with the said agent today, in other words, he was not an agent, he was just somebody who has a small business running in poland, he narrated everything to me, Note: we were on video call, what he made known to me is the fact that he's not giving me a job, he's only going to help me use his company to issue me a work permit and he's ready to give me all the companies details and document for me to take to the embassy, so now, what he told me Was, as soon as I get to poland, I'd be the one in search of job, that's a red flag. I choose to not patronize him and I'm on the move on searching elsewhere.. thanks y'all for the tips on my previous thread.

You searching for a job in Poland alone is hard esp when u don’t speak polish , unless u get person there wey go assist you

I have been following this thread and I got a lot of information from here, so I promised if I get my visa I will also share my experience.
Applied for masters program
Documents submitted at the embassy are
Admission letter
Documents used in securing the admission
Insurance
For proof of fund I used my sponsors pay slip+
( note he is not related to me in anyway) first i submitted statement of account and luckily one of the polish woman corrected me that there is no where it was stated that statement of account is proof of fund.
Accommodation and flight RESERVATION.
and a lot of PRAYERS.
pls feel free to ask any question about my experience.
And yes I got my visa.

If you are under 30 years of age it shouldn't be a problem at all,
But even if you are above 30 if you give them cogent and compelling reason why you are changing career paths or why you need this new degree, they will surely accept you that shouldn't be too difficult for you, as long as the school has given you admission just prove to them that you will actually go there to study and you hope to come back to Nigeria and work with this new degree.
And please actually go there and study if not you will make things harder for those coming behind you.
