Bro I don't know of other brand but a Benz CLS bought in 2013 has the CNG tank at the trunk. Europe cars has been using that system way bef9re you adopt it here

That is when everything flashes.... I never thought that was possible until you are face to face with death. Had a Lexus RX 350 and ES330 with similar issue P0171. Here are steps taken;

Locating a possible air leak between the airbox and the throttle body
Checking the noozle for possible leakage
Lastly upstream Oxygen sensor

But after all the process has been followed and fixed I always clear the errors and drive for 30 minutes.

Here are the values on the Data Stream

Calculated Load Value - 29.8%
Engine Coolant Temp - 60⁰C
Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1 - -13.3%
Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 1 - -0.8%
Short term Fuel Trim Bank 2 - 20.3%
Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 2 - 52.3%

Note: The addition of your STFT and LTFT should not be more </> +/-10. I stand to be corrected.

The likely possible solution here according to Lexus/Toyota Bulletin was to reset the ECU/Brainbox and relearn the fuel mapping.

But before the relearning I decided to take a look at the issue of P0171, which is fuel and air issue and after checking the whole air line I decided to swap the PCV - Positive Crankcase Ventilation. And the error was gone after driving for 30 minutes.

Good day bossif na the same car then ask your mechto check the shaft Cup and the propeller if possible detach the propellers drive

Regular tune Up will save your car from expensive repairs.

I can't answer your question if I don't check the car to understand the kind of "very hot" you mean.

But on the other hand if your exhaust pipe is blocked either by expired catalyst or iron Marsh used by local panel beaters to disguise as catalyst that could be the issue.
