If proper investigations are done, we will find out they were wrongly accused. The number of Igbos sentenced to death in malaysia and indonesia for crimes they did not commit is growing by the day and the Nigerian government is doing nothing about it.
Well rumours has it the Nigerian government signed a treaty with those countries to eradicate the igbos out of nothing but sheer hatred and jealousy. We are hustling legitimately and peacefully so why must we be treated like dogs ?

The Nigerian midfielder spent time on trial at Old Trafford and United struck a deal with Norwegian side Lyn to take him to the Theatre of Dreams.
Mikel even appeared with a United shirt in a press conference but he had a last minute change of heart and opted to join Chelsea instead. The 30-year-old spent nine years at Stamford Bridge, winning two league titles, four FA Cups and a Champions League.

Mikel had to inform Ferguson of his decision and he says the legendary Scot told him he would regret not moving to United. ‘It was surreal,’ Mikel told The Sun. ‘I was at school, but had Chelsea and Manchester United — two of the world’s biggest clubs — trying to sign me. I’ll never forget that second meeting with Sir Alex. I’d signed a deal at United but had to tell him: ‘Sorry, I want to play for Chelsea. ‘He really liked me but I could see how angry and disappointed he was.’
Mikel claims Ferguson tried to talk him out of moving to Chelsea and admits he did have second thoughts about the u-turn. However, he stuck with the decision and Ferguson was furious.

‘Some things he told me made me think about changing my mind but I was thinking about Jose, too. ‘I had these two great managers wanting me and I did not know what to do. ‘[He said} “Why would you turn down United? It’s the biggest club in the world – you cannot do that. You have to say “yes”‘ ‘As a footballer, you have to make decisions that you live with for the rest of your life.’

Foreign Office says Ian Squire has been killed while three other abducted Britons have returned home safely.

A British man being held hostage in Nigeria has been killed while three others have returned home safely, after the west African country’s authorities negotiated their release.

The circumstances surrounding Ian Squire’s death, three weeks after his abduction, were not immediately clear.

It is understood that Squire and fellow Christian charity workers David and Shirley Donovan and Alanna Carson were working as missionaries when they were abducted from their accommodation in Delta State in the south of the country in the early hours of 13 October.

A UK Foreign Office spokesman said: “We are supporting the families of four British people who were abducted on 13 October in Nigeria, one of whom was tragically killed.

“This has clearly been a traumatic time for all concerned, and our staff will continue to do all we can to support the families. We are grateful to the Nigerian authorities, and are unable to comment given the ongoing nature of their investigations.”

In a statement, the families of the four hostages said: “Alanna, Ian, David and Shirley were kidnapped in Nigeria some three weeks ago. “We are grateful for the support received by the British high commission and help from the Nigerian authorities in negotiating their release.

“We are delighted and relieved that Alanna, David and Shirley have returned home safely. Our thoughts are now with the family and friends of Ian as we come to terms with his sad death.

“This has been a traumatic time for our loved ones who were kidnapped and for their families and friends here in the UK. We would therefore ask that the media respect our privacy as we come to terms with the news. We will not be making any further comment.”
