Not hard at all if this were that serious and it turned out to be a civil case involving civil rights.. Believe me,if he sues anyone for defamation, this will become civil and he will use his hands to orchestrate his own pitfall and more likely he will get dropped. He's an expert in his field and I respect that, but that's only in the "Dallas" area, not the whole Texas, let alone U.S. and what that says is ANYONE is replaceable.

I mean, why can't he just apologize for his statement?

Apologize fun kini? For what?

He won't be the last, trust me. This time it's Yorubas, next it would be other Nigerians and other nationals.

That's a long road from where this case is right now... Unless an advocacy group is involved, or a PI, or a legal or media team is involved, although a good cause, but I'm afraid, this isn't strong enough. You need one of these resource to navigate the legal complexities of state and federal codes of conduct and what not.

Even then, there's a jury (Medical board) that makes a decision.

If he's well-respected in his field, the thing go hard. wink

For now, this isn't serious. I have lived in this country to know when something is VERY serious. A weighty allegation such as this should have involved a civil right advocacy group. This is what throws light into the situation, and when the local media is involved, or some sought of pre-legal scuffle, then that's how serious it is. Right now, as much as his actions are inexcusable and I condemn it, I have to call the truth... This isn't serious enough.

Don't worry about my summer activities cheesy cheesy.. Taa, trip to Naija ke? For where? No, far away from Africa... Whew.. can't wait.. cool cool

Why would you tell me not to worry when you told me about it? ]

Evilz.

Where are you going? undecided

No one is dragging him to the state board. The Medical Board is a professional and ethical entity that regulates medical regulatory rules and procedures. There are protocols and no one is dragging him there: the online petition is a formal approach, a first protocol to get the attention of the board to investigate his actions. I am unfamiliar with their protocols on breach of professional code of conduct and behavior, but technically, if the online petition reaches a certain limit, they board may or not oblige their request. Most likely, they will. This is why I said this isn't a serious case because no advocacy group is involved. If there was one involved, this is NOT the story we will be telling today.

Haha, you will meet me here in two weeks? Lol, you got time. As for me, I want him to apologize and go and sin no more. Shikena.

Lol... I am doing GREAT by the grace of God...Why HBP? Are you taking style to swear for me? angry Biko, life is too good to be worried about trivial stuff that leads to HBP. Preparing for the summer activities, whew ... Can't wait. And my trip? Looking forward to it grin

So you sef know that this is not a serious case. Congrats, we're on the same page. wink

Which summer activities abeg? Baby making activities in your dusty Texas? tongue Trip to where? If you say Naija, I go pray for your safe return. We wouldn't want you to get kidnapped now, would we? grin

If this were a case in a court, i sure as hell would love to see how you can convince a judge he 'called for a genocide against Igbos'.

Here's what a call for genocide looks like:

Igbos should be slaughtered, Abuja natives should attack Igbos, Igbos should be eliminated etc.

He might have made nasty comments about your tribe but he sure as hell didn't call on ANYONE to slaughter them.
Another example of someone calling for xenophobic attacks is in that video of the South Aftican nutjob talking about how he killed Gambians.

Now tell me this, if you actually succeed in getting this guy fired (which is the worst you can do, and I'm sure that still wont happen) does that make anything between the tribes in Nigeria better? There are worst bigots whom wish harm towards your tribe right there in Nigeria but ofcourse since you cant touch them you decided hey why not bring down a random guy here in the US just to feel good about ourselves huh undecided

Anyway do whatever the hell you want, and good luck with destroying a random mans life.

P.S to the Yoruba's here, you guys are really not taking this seriously! This is an attack of revenge against one of yours. Its like these people are trying to take all their unwarranted anger and hate out on this guy just to get back at your whole tribe (and ive seen some igbos say exactly this on the deleted thread).

Don't mind them. They think because 5,000 sign a petition means he's going to get fired.

The man, if this goes to med board, he needs to articulately defend himself in from of the board members. Illegally firing a BLACK man in any company is a big thing, it can turn back around to bite the board members per EOE. So many laws intertwined that bush Nigerians do not understand.

He's business will be just fine wink

Okay o... No one is dragging him to court, you're the one who said when he turns around and sue, I am sure that FB knows when users have been hacked. I am sure we have ethical hackers and forensic analysts who are more than willing to prove or not if his account was hacked grin grin grin... No wahala. Let us see how this plays out.

Oh yea, you're dragging him to the state board huh, for what a hacker did? lol

You and I know this is NOT a hacker... If it was, he would have filed a civil complaint and reported fraud to FB. Such a serious allegation is nothing to play with.

Obviously it's not a lie, he made those statement. I am not hacker but even basic IT knowledge will trace back his IP to his ISP who will provide his activity log... Abegi jare, let us leave the unseen hackers alone. This is no hack job.

As far as I'm concerned it's a hacker. You want to drag him to court for what a hacker did, bring it on wink

Lol.. Did you say great connections and expensive lawyers? You and I know America too well, a country where nothing is for FREE. As long as he has money to engage in the legal battle, no wahala. The top law firms in the country won't take his case even IF his wife if blue, white and red. As long as the money is there and you can pay the retainer, no wahala. Not ALL top law firms and their attorney have won cases. Like I said before, this isn't a serious case and thus, I expected an apology and him seek way to amend this, and this dies down. But if he doesn't go about it the peaceful way to calm down nerves and this spills beyond control, he should prepare well for his lawsuit. Shey, isn't it in America we are in? America where a U.S. Judge will subpoena FB for records? America where the media will blow it beyond ridicule... Haha, na America we dey so.. grin grin

lol..............I hear ya.

Apologize for wetin, the hacker? grin wink

I don talk am before that you guys can't touch that doctor. You think America is bush like Nigeria? By the time he turns the law suit around to the people spreading it, una eyes go clear. Yorubas are cunning and smart, never forget that. Forget all your noisemaking.

You don't know the power of an expensive lawyer in America. The man has great connections and has a white wife who may have great connections too.

Before you know it, Igbos will also be known as noisemakers in America. I promise you, this won't be the last time someone dribbles the Igbo tribe on social media. You do the same with a Yoruba, we'll silently decimate you as a collective nation.

GEJ administration marginalized AND SACKED PEOPLE TO SET OUT HIS TRIBALISTIC AGENDA

JONATHAN HAD XENOPHOBIA OF EVERYBODY THAT WAS NOT FROM SE/SS

Igbo man Ike Nkeremandu, Deputy Senate President

Igbo man Emeka Ihedioha, Deputy Speaker

(Imagine that in a country with 6 geopolitical zones, one occupies the two of the 4 major National Assemby leadership positions!!)

Igbo man Pius Ayim, Secretary to the Federal Government

igbo man Godwin Emefiele is the governor of the central bank of Nigeria

Igbo woman, Finance Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for the Economy

Igbo woman petroluem Minister

Igbo man Nebo, Power Minister

Igbo man Minister of aviation

Printing and Minting - Igbo

HEAD OF DSS -Igbo

MINISTER OF Health - Igbo

Jonathan removed other tribes from head of parastatals and put Igbos there but that would be addressed now. Bureau of statistics was filled up with Igbos.

Even the Hausas/Fulanis in military have never done this above show of shame and pure tribalism. And Igbos were quiet all through that adminisTRATION

HAD THIS BEEN DONE BY ANY OTHER TRIBE, THE IGBO'S WILL BE CRYING MARGINALIZATION cos others were marginalised.

This is interesting.
