This is commendable from Governor Okowa, as the committee is made up of mostly human rights activitists and not government officials.

Know your rights as guaranteed by the Constitution of 1999 as Amended, if they use torture, & it can be proven, the courts will throw it out, the whole system is corrupt not just the police.
