xtremecr8: Hmmm. This life ehn! This is the board of the same bank we appealed to to pay us for designing their 125th Year Anniversary logo and their Directors told us to go to court but we know there's a God of Justice.
This is the same board and Management we appealed to concerning our ongoing predicament in the hands of the Mr Adeduntan-led management that suffered and humiliated us.
We created an iconic 125th Year Anniversary logo for this same bank under this sacked board but the bank went behind us to use our logo for the whole celebration, spent a whopping N18.3 Billion on adverts and promotions that same year and never paid us a dime for designing their 125th Year Anniversary logo.
CBN should please prevail on First Bank Plc to pay us for our hardwork and toil on this logo we designed for them to commemorate their 125th Year Anniversary.
We deserve to get paid and we beg all well meaning men and women of this great country to help us appeal to FBN to pay us for designing their 125th Year Anniversary logo.
Here's the Nairaland thread on our predicament in the hands of the FBN management under Mr Adeduntan and appeal going on for years now
https://www.nairaland.com/5591806/how-first-bank-did-not
And here's our video narrating our ordeal

Nigeria does not have that recognition as a Nation in the eyes of Man and God. Eventually, it would end up like Yugoslavia. God forbid. Dpharisee: Don't compare the mentality of the Igbo who are mainly Christians with Islamic political ideology of Northern clerics which has a band of illiterate Almajiri to fight for Allah, Igbos don't fight for Allah, they have their Chi which abhors suicide as offenders are buried without honour in the evil forests so why isnt the east eldorado as u paint it. Instead what u have are rapist, ritualists, yahoo yahoo, blood money, kidnappers etc...Chi my foot! |

Ventura1: The Federal government of Nigeria should tread with caution, they cannot win the ongoing uprising or supposed battle in the south east.
REASON: The vast majority of the people in the south east do not consider the Unknown Gun Men (UGM) as an enemy. The UGM target has always been the apparatus of governance and not directly the people.
Likewise, the people have disconnected from governance and considered many of these tools of governance as oppressive. This was how boko haram started.. The people were supporting them initially till bh started using their own kids as suicide bombers to blow up mosques. I pity my igbo brothers. You may have a sense of righteous violence now, but very soon u will be the one begging fg for help and military intervention. Let's hope it's not too late by then. Nobody can be bigger than a nation. |

DeRay98: You're talk trash because you're ignorant of the power of some traditional rulers. If you become a guvnor, go try tamper with the Ooni of Ife, Oba of Benin or Alaafin of Oyo and see if that state will contain you and the people of that state in the days following. You think Ganduje's bravado can work in other places. The late Milad to Edo state, Anthony Onyearegbulem disrespect the oba of Benin while administrying Edo state, it took his Uncle Prof. Ben Nwabueze and some top Igbo traditional rulers to go and beg the Oba of Benin to forgive and spare him for his gross misbehaviour towards the Oba... Akuko. If governor dethrone u nothing will happen. Period. Forget all those super story |

DeRay98: Did you read the article where it stated that the title was created by Oshiomhole at the end of his tenure? It was politically created and not an original title created by the historical traditional institutions in Edo. All the traditional titles in Edo state are historical and traditionally created by the higher traditional rulers by their own authority and relevance. This particular one was a political one and other traditional rulers may have told the governor that they don't accept it. Since it was created the ruler have been using his position to destabilise the communities around them... Pls stop talking rubbish. All traditional rulers in nigeria exist at the pleasure of the governor. Period. Obaseki is simply using the same power oshiomole used to create it to destroy the stool. |

Politics › FCTA To Reintroduce Park-and-pay Policy From May by blackpanda(op): 7:53am On Apr 15, 2021 |
The federal capital territory administration (FCTA) says it will reintroduce the park-and-pay policy in the city centre from May. The policy was suspended in April 2014 after a high court judgment stopped the FCTA from collecting fees from residents for on-and-off the street parking within the metropolis. Speaking to journalists on Tuesday in Abuja, Usman Yahaya, acting secretary of the FCTA transport secretariat, said the policy is being reintroduced to curtail the rate of wrong parking in the city. Yahaya said a court had ruled against the policy because the scheme was not recognised in the laws of the FCT. “It was based on these shortcomings that the Suntrust Savings and Loans Ltd., challenged the powers of the FCTA to impose levies on motorists that park their cars on FCT streets,” he said. “Justice Peter Affen in his judgment, commended and described the ‘park and pay scheme’, which was introduced for the purpose of effective traffic management as laudable but ruled that the scheme was unknown to the FCT laws. “He blamed the authorities for not backing the scheme with adequate laws. “On-street parking management was suspended in 2014 as a result of an FCT High Court ruling that declared the operation illegal because it was not specifically mentioned in the 2005 FCT Road Transport Regulation.” Yahaya said issues surrounding the policy have been resolved, adding that scheme will kick off in May. “The scheme was riddled with so much complexities, the operators were accused of many ill acts, but we have resolved the issues, so in May this year the scheme will kick off,” he said. “In the past seven years, the Administration had embarked on various measures aimed at addressing the concerns raised by the Court and the public with regards to the scheme, the FCT Administration in collaboration with its legal team produced FCT Parking Regulations 2019 to amend the parking section of 2005 FCT Road Transport Regulations.” https://www.thecable.ng/fcta-to-reintroduce-park-and-pay-policy-from-may/amp
