Marvel's cosmic universe is far more fleshed out. There's TONS of cosmic alien races, and TONS of celestial beings either on par or above Galactus' power levels, at least.

When it comes to the mid-tier and/or main heroes (JLA/Titans vs Avengers/Young Avengers), DC could win. Taking into account their entire universes OTOH, Marvel have the advantage. Living Tribunal exists in infinite dimensions. He'll be a handful for 90% of the DCU.
