i was 83kg after the lockdown and I’m 73 now.. I eat once.. eat well and take fruits in the evening before I go to bed.. but I only eat by 1pm everyday, stopped late night feeding and run 4-5kms every morning.. it has really helped me... if you can’t visit the gym, plank for 3-5 minutes everyday.. do it for 2 weeks straight and you’ll see changes..

Bros... How do you manage this? I'm overweight but planning to start gym on Monday. I also want to cut down on my food intake but I fear I may lose energy for gym.

Based on your past experience, how many people do they used to shortlist for screening and how many people for final for final resumption of training per state for both ssc and dssc. Pls my experienced comrades, I want you to throw light on this.

From my own personal Experience in the last screening, she never touched my forehead talk less of touching my eyes or using touch light to look into my lense . What she did was instructed me to cover one eye and read the Alphabet bla bla bla, after that was shown a Snellen chart.

Note: The person was very close to me, I mean was beside me during the test, so she might be looking into my eyes I may not know.

Immediately I enter I wanted to cram %70 of the letters written in small font size and their positioning before she will tell me to cover one eye, because am very good at craming but she no gree give me chance , she quickly asked me to face the wall, but still baba still try crammed some within 2 seconds before everything go burst

So you are responsible for every actions you take. So make your choice my dear coursemate

Pls I want to ask again. I'm actually applying for dssc. Will they find out if I use a contact lense during the eye exam? I tend to squint a little to get clearer view of very distant letters. So I want to beat the odds with a contact. Will they open my eyes to exam or just the usual Snellen chart?

I've never been to screening as well and I believe only Ugo4u, Sikowitz17 and few others that have been to screening can answer this.

But based on what I've heard and read generally from these experienced comrades, it all depends on the doctor examining you. A particular doctor may decide to check into your eyes while another will just bring up the chart. I guess that is why prayer is needed after all make Village people no follow find person go screening

The NDA released shortlisted names for its 72 regular course intake recently and the news that has been making rounds is that a particular applicants name was shortlisted twice.

I don't want to believe it's an error. It rather strengthen the fact that 'pressing button' is very rampant, even in the NA.

Imagine shortlisting someone's name twice while another that passed the test well could not find his name. This life no just balance.
