I want to believe that he's just trying to be funny, because if he's serious, then this is obviously the ramblings of an illiterate. You don't expect people to wear loosely fitting clothing to a gymnasium, do you? Go find out the English translation of the word "gymnastics". Its actually called "the naked sport". Due to the flexibility required to manoeuvre stunts and handle equipments, you have to wear bodysuits for your own safety. If he's this perverted in a place where people sweat and ooze, I wonder what he'll do at a pool or at the beach?

Abeg make we hear word.

Men that go to the gym for more serious workout don’t go in their underwear. Tshirt and jogging pants or shorts is good enough.

They have started their medicine after death. They should arrest him to explain what really happened to Wigwe, Ike Ndi Isoko. His explanation for not boarding the same chopper doesn't make sense. Why would he travel by road as someone based in Nigeria with Wigwe? Imagine president Tinubbu going to America and his assistant, Ngelele, decides not to board the same chopper with him, instead chose to travel by road. Does that make sense? This is the problem with Igbo people, they over trust this people with innate tribalism.

U reasoning is low level.

Are you trying to say the assistant planned with the American run company to kill their own pillot and access bank boss? why would he kill his benefactor.

Did you know this was the 2nd crash in a week.

Helicopter crashes are very common in California

However this week alone there were 2 helicopter crashes.

i started watching AFCON 1988

Samuel Okwaraji goal vs Morrocco

Peter Rufai Saves in the semis and the legend of Rashidi Yekini

I was sad by the final when Nigeria lost one nil to Cameroun.

Henry Nwosu good goal disallowed for no reason.

1990- Algeria. 1st match vs Algeria nigeria lost 5-1 but later made it to the final 1990 my favorite eagles player Friday Elastic Elahor. Damn good left winger. Senegal 92- lost to ghana in semifinal abedi pele was the key man. alloy agu lost his front teeth lol, Tunisia 94 we won that one. Went into the tournament as favorite and won . Rashidi Yekini main tournament

Then Abacha withdrawal from 96 and then CAF banned Nigeria for couple of tournaments. We could have won at least one out of those 2.

I lost my zeal and returned with AFCON 2000. where we lost to Cameroun in the final again.

i have been watching sparring since then but im pysched for this one.

I don't know if I should be angry or just smile and take it as it is. This is someone that I fed, I clothed despite us being closed friends since we were kids. He knows everything about me that my parents don't even know till dates..We could go to a gathering together and I will be the one ordering and paying for everything we bought even recently because I always acted like the big bro and he accepted I guess .. Just last week I saw it on his status about is house opening invite. I later got a dm from him that same evening telling me about it that I should come through.

It came as a surprise I admit, even though I know he was doing quite well for himself. I know some will call it entitlement mentality but since I considered we were close like a brother we even ate from same plate last 2weeks, I thought I should have known atleast.

Note: I noticed so many people will come in here to call me names, even some accusing me to be someone with bad motives and sort I smile. Not everyone has a evil mindset like you or some persons you know, It's just that when you expect so much from people you hold very close to your heart you might get disappointed and it hurts badly.

Especially when you know you can't do that same thing to that person. I only brought it out here because I wanted to know maybe I'm overreacting because I feel a deep level of betrayal but hey I am happy for him and I will attend the house opening tomorrow.

There's nothing tactical about parking the bus. It's simply a show of inferiority and lack of tactical ingenuity. Offside trap, we know. Fast counter, we know. Mass attack, mass defence, we know. Wearing the opponent out by playing the waiting game. We know. What the fvck is parking the bus especially when you ain't in the lead?

All of you PlayStation & bet9ja generation tend to analyze football like toddlers hence the reason why you know nothing about tactics and gameplan. If I ask you what formation Intent is adopting in this match, I doubt you'd be able to say anything reasonable other than to check livescore formation. What strategy are they adopting? Offside trap, quick counter, you can't tell. Please stick to your bet9ja analysis and leave tactics for those who are adept at it.

PS- I'm actually rooting for Inter but I hate any team that parks the bus in a football match especially if you're not a man down. It's irritating!

Its not parking the Bus inter are play 3-5-2 on attack and 5-4-1 on defence.

Man City have a Rich government backing while Inter is owned by private investors. So no team is on the same level with Man city except for PSG (Qatar) and Newcastle (Saudi). Soon Man United may join them the Crown Prince bid is successful.

this is the way to play man City or else you go collect 6 goals

Oga, google how many eggs is okay per day!!! Not all dis stupid things u re writing. How many eggs is advisable to eat per day. Google it

U are obviously dumb so go ur way. U see where i said vegetable oil is bad.

But there are other good oils that are not harmful such as avocado oil or olive oil.

Try to think and get understanding before writing and also read current information.

If you dont believe that eggs are good cholesterol (HDL) that is fine as well.

The cholesterol that kill is LDL and eggs dont give you LDL.

That is simple enough for a JS 1 to understand

Bro. Too much eggs is bad cholesterol. Google is ur friend.

That is old school knowledge.

Do eggs raise cholesterol levels?
Recent observational studies and meta-analyses have found that eating eggs may not increase your risk of heart disease or its risk factors, like inflammation, stiffening of the arteries, and high cholesterol levels (12Trusted Source, 13Trusted Source, 14Trusted Source, 15Trusted Source).

A few randomized controlled trials (RCTs) — the gold standard of scientific research for their ability to reduce bias — note similar findings, though typically in smaller study groups of 20–50 healthy adults.

For example, one small RCT found that when compared with an egg-free high carb breakfast, eating 2 eggs or a 1/2 cup (118 mL) of liquid eggs for breakfast had no significant effects on blood cholesterol levels (16Trusted Source).

RCTs in people with diabetes have found that eating 6–12 eggs per week didn’t negatively affect total blood cholesterol levels or heart disease risk factors. Rather, it increased high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (17Trusted Source, 18Trusted Source).

HDL cholesterol is known as good cholesterol. It removes other types of cholesterol from the blood, so higher HDL levels are favorable.

On the contrary, low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol is often referred to as the bad type of cholesterol because it raises your risk of heart disease.

Trials comparing egg-based breakfasts and egg-free meals noted that cholesterol did increase in the egg-breakfast groups. However, the LDL-to-HDL ratio — a biomarker commonly used to assess heart disease risk — remained unchanged (19Trusted Source, 20Trusted Source).

Nevertheless, other studies have observed links between egg intake, cholesterol levels, and a higher risk of chronic disease and death (21Trusted Source, 22Trusted Source, 23Trusted Source).

For example, a recent meta-analysis of 17 RCTs found that people with high egg consumption for an extended period of time tend to have higher cholesterol levels than those who eat fewer eggs (24Trusted Source).

Yet, some studies also say that the negative associations of eating eggs may be more notable if they’re eaten alongside other high cholesterol foods. Aside from eggs, this can include yogurt, cheese, processed meats, and fried foods (25Trusted Source).

All in all, discrepancies remain about exactly how eggs influence cholesterol and the overall role they play in the risk of heart disease and death. Many experts agree that more human studies are needed to better address these questions (6Trusted Source, 26Trusted Source, 27Trusted Source).

She doesn’t know the implications of excess egg consumption… one don’t need to be fat to have high levels of cholesterol and heart disease. Yeye…. Instead of using fresh tomatoes and pepper to make egg source

Actually Egg is good cholesterol that the body needs.

The bad cholesterol that lead to heart diesases are from other sources

Eg Beef fat, chicken skin, palm oil, vegetable oil

Palm oil is the worst
