iniobong888: i am very sorry, i have send in a mail to your box, you can do palm oil business as a student, the idea is that palm oil sell higher in the Northern part of the country than in the south, so you have to source palm oil from a cheaper place in the south or east and then sell high in the North. you can also export palm oil, thirdly you can sell it out to be refined and turn into something i wouldnt mention here For plantain you can turn it into flour or chips, if you turn it into flour i will give you buyers who will be interested or you can pack it yourself and fortified it according to NAFDAC regulation and you will be ready for the market.

As for palm oil i can source that but the problem is i dont know how to sell it in north cus havnt being or know anybody there. But where can i source plantain at a very cheaper price here in the east?

anienge001: Go to "Obo Annang", "Eka Afiong" or "Akeyong Ikpe" markets, all in Akwa Ibom state. You can source them fairly cheap. Plus the roads to these places are very nice from Abia. In Cross River state, go to Uyanga or Akpet markets.

-make a big chicken cage for #40,000,buy broilers 100 and each is #150 for 3weeks old and a bag of feed is #1250....atleast u wld be left with #30,000 for security sake and after 10weeks sale them each for #100,000
-A bag of onion in sokoto,kano,kaduna sales for #18,000,while in portharcourt it is #45,000
-A goat in sokoto is #15,000;atmost #18,000 and in the south it sales for #35,000
-Coming back from south to north....palm oil,crayfish in cross river is very cheap...plantain in Edo state is cheap nd surplus....Ogbono is very cheap in Ebonyi but all these are exppensive in North...
