Anambra is very much developed.. reason people are in Lagos is because of the sea port. If the federal government build sea port in Anambra do u think anybody will be Lagos. In our tradition theres is some called obi ala am definitely sure you aware of that.. those type of land are never sold to anybody based on tradition. It is usually passed to the male child of the family.
