The many contradictions of Buhari .
- He will fight corruption but Tinubu is his friend.
- He will give us security but he was pushed out of office like a chicken by his subordinates.
- He is honest but lies about his qualification.
- He has no N 27 million to buy presidential nomination form but the wife has N 135 million worth of drugs to donate.
- He is poor but all his children schools abroad.
- He will fight terrorism but sees others fight against terrorism as anti-north.
- He will help the youth but is never known to have helped a single almajiri even in Daura.
- He will fix the economy but has not even basic rudiment of economics.
- He will fix education but is unschooled himself.
- He wants to benefit from democracy but overthrew a democratic government.
- He obtained school certificate but cannot produce "the certificate".
May God protect us from this hypocrite.
Above all, he is a half star general who built his entire military career on fraud, falsehood and kwaruption! Tufiakwa............ No wonder honest people like the Great Dim of Biafra avoid him like people avoid leprosy.

Romance / Feeling Lonely In Your Relationship? These Are 6 Sweet Ways To Reconnect by blemon44(m): 6:46pm On Feb 16, 2015
Don’t give up … just regroup. Disconnect is NORMAL (and fixable). Here’s how … Have you been in a relationship for some time now, yet feel confused because lately, you’re plagued with loneliness?
Do you spend time remembering those first early months (even years) together when you felt happily connected? (It all felt so easy then.)
But now? Well, it seems life got in the way. Your life feels so ironic—constantly lonelywithin a relationship.
Sure, you’re under the same roof, but are you actually sharing conversation, much less quality time together? Has your intimacy suffered, too? Maybe you realize you didn’t tell your spouse about something important that happened, but you told your friend instead.
The reasons “why” are likely entirely legitimate. Maybe you’re working later than usual, or you and your spouse are on different schedules—two ships passing in the night. Or maybe you are “dividing and conquering” child-rearing as you both tackle tag-team-shepherding the kids to extracurriculars.
Day in, day out, marriage can get like this.
And guess what? If you ARE a couple like this—you’re normal! It turns out disconnect happens in this modern day non-stop life when you are busy building your dreams together. Disconnet is normal … and even better: it’s solvable.
Here are 6 wonderful ways to come back together and then KEEP great connection with your partner:
1. Recognize that chasing your dreams has taken its toll. Your feelings of loneliness didn’t happen suddenly, nor by accident. It’s not hard to lose site of putting your relationship first when you are busy building the life you dreamed of.
But now, take time to assess your daily routine and its impact on your relationship. You need a few tweaks, clearly. And that’s OK. Figure out what you can shift, move, reschedule, etc. to create space for more time together. Then, use that space to laugh together and rebuild connection.
2. Thank your partner. Yes, seriously. Even when your partner knows you appreciate them, they still need to hear it from you directly. Saying thank you is sometimes the first thing to slide when we get busy, and yet it is such a simple place to start: Thank you for making dinner; for working so hard at the office today; for folding the laundry; for paying the electric bill.
One easy way to keep the flow of thank you’s is to write a little note—one per day—and stick it in a place where your partner will find it. You’d be surprised how much these little messages increase relationship connection.
3. Don’t expect your partner to know what’s going on with you. Dr. Keith Sanford, Associate Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Baylor University, warns against this common pitfall, noting that, “conflicts in which one partner expects the other to mind-read were more likely to lead to negative communication and anger.”
Learning a few tips on how to communicate more clearly—namely, using feeling statements and active listening—will ensure you truly understand each other without defaulting to misguided assumptions.
4. Ask curious questions. They say love is in the details; the more we can picture our loved one’s experiences, the more we have to love about them. Skip with the unspecific “How was your day?” and replace it with curious questions like, “What was something you enjoyed about today? Tell me about that project; I’d love to hear the details.”
Likewise, don’t just be prepared to listen; be prepared to share, as well. If your partner doesn’t (yet!) ask pointed questions, take the initiative and discuss your own day in a detailed fashion.
5. Go to bed at the same time most nights of the week. There’s something about ending the day together that bonds us like nothing else. That’s why parents make sure to kiss their young ones good night at bedtime.
It’s the same for adults in a relationship. When we end the day together, we ARE together. Aim to get in bed together as often as you can, especially if you are already feeling lonely.
Touch triggers the hormone oxytocin, dubbed the “cuddle hormone,” which is also well-known for lowering stress, and increasing social bonding and feelings of well-being. Going to bed at the same time, chatting, and touching lovingly also sets the stage for an easier-flowing s ex life.
6. Schedule a date night at least bi-monthly, even if it feels awkward at first. I cannot emphasize this enough. Prioritizing time with your partner allows you the space to reconnect.
If you haven’t been connecting well for a while, expect that it might take time to enjoy going out together again. Most importantly, try to incorporate novelty wherever you can—a new restaurant, a new game, a new walking route.
In fact, according to many love researchers, including social scientist Dr. Art Aron, novelty fosters bonding in couples. So, go novel on your date nights.
All relationships have ups and downs, and it’s normal to sometimes feel lonely within a relationship. When you acknowledge that loneliness is a sign your relationship needs attention, you can make the moves to get yourselves back in connection mode.
Start small and see what happens. Don’t expect magic overnight, but DO expect progress. By prioritizing connecting in real, effective ways, you will be on your way to feeling unified with each other again.

Crime / Fulani Herdsmen Rape Women In Umuahia by blemon44(m): 2:10pm On Feb 14, 2015
Over 1000 women and some male community leaders has angrilly marched to Umuahia, the Abia State capital to protest the invasion of their farmlands by Fulani herdsmen, whom they accused of raping and infecting women who go to farms with STD’s including the deadly HIV virus.
A community leader, Mr. Ikechukwu Orunta said that they decided to come to the seat of government in order to draw the attention of the state governor to the “atrocities being committed by the herdsmen against the people of Ahaba Imenyi. He said the Fulani herdsmen had taken over the entire community with their cattle which destroy the farms and defecate into the only source of water supply for the community, adding that the security agencies had not been of any help.
“We have made several attempts to stop them to no avail and all efforts to get the security agencies to call them to order have failed,” the community lamented.
According to THIS DAY, A woman leader in the distressed community, Mrs. Victoria Ifeanyichukwu said that the community had been pushed to the wall as women had stopped going to the farms due to the incessant sexual harassments and attempted rape by the herdsmen.“We can’t go to our farms for fear of being raped by the herdsmen, my Daughter contracted Gonorhea after being raped while my neighbour lost her 5 months pregnancy after being raped repeatedly by 4 fulani men with uncircumsized joysticks” she said, adding that there was need for government to come to their rescue and save the community from starvation, Rape and disease arising from infection and pollution of their water supply.
In his response, the state Governor, Chief Theodore Orji frowned at the frequent reports of untoward activities of the Fulani herdsmen in Abia communities, saying that the hospitality of the state should not be abused. The Governor, who was represented by the state commissioner for information and strategy, Chief Anthony Agbazuere, noted with sadness, the destruction of crops by cattle after huge investments by government which had secured N1 billion agriculture loan for farmers in the state.
He urged the aggrieved people of Ahaba Imenyi not to take the law into their hands and assured that government would promptly wade into the matter and resolve it in few days time.

Orji described as barbaric, attempts to rape women who had gone to engage in farming activities, saying that government would never condone such acts.

Politics / Presidential Media Chat: 10 Questions For President Jonathan by blemon44(m): 7:23pm On Feb 11, 2015
1) You have always promised Nigerians and the international community free and credible elections. Yet a recently leaked audio recording suggested that you directed the military to rig last year’s Ekiti governorship election in favour of your party. In fact, your then Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, was overheard in the recording saying he was on a presidential assignment to rig the election. What exactly was your role in that saga? And why have you not commented on the matter or order an investigation?
2) Mr. President, you have always said that his election is not worth the blood of any Nigerian. But Niger Delta militants have on more than one occasion threatened blood and war if you are not re-elected. Some PDP governors – specifically those of Katsina and Kaduna – have been heard loud and clear threatening violence on their opponents. Why have you remained quiet over such inciting statements?
3) Can you, Mr. President, on your honour, give a clear commitment that INEC chairman, Attahiru Jega, will be allowed to conduct the rescheduled polls, given speculations you might illegally send him off before the polls? Nigerians are suspicious you might give him the kind of treatments you gave Justice Ayo Salami and former CBN Governor, Sanusi Lamido.
4) Mr. Buhari, your main challenger in the presidential election, has contested thrice and lost thrice. From his first outing in 2003 to the last in 2011, he never drew a significant popular support across board as many Nigerians viewed him as part of the old system. As Mr. Buhari’s co-contestant in 2011 and now 2015, what do you think is responsible for what appears a massive support for the same Mr. Buhari this time around?
5) Mr. President, besides widespread unemployment in Nigeria, one of the talking points of this electioneering has been the action of one of your ministers who apparently seized on the widespread unemployment in Nigeria to collect nearly a billion naira from unemployed Nigerians without giving them jobs. He did so through a company he unilaterally appointed, against public procurement rules. Worst, at least a dozen people who turned up for the job test died. These much were confirmed by a Senate investigation. Why have you, the president our country, failed to sanction Minister Abba Moro who committed these acts?
6) Mr. President, you said in 2011 you would not run in 2015 and that whatever you cannot do in four years you would never be able to do in 100 years. But recently you contradicted yourself, saying four years are not enough for any president to make an impact? When did you realize that four years are not enough? And why this apparent self-contradiction?
7) The Federal Government said the military would not be available to provide security for the postponed election. How did we come to see election security more a responsibility for the military than the police, para-military and other arms of the security agencies?
cool Mr. President, you said during your campaign in Lagos that militant group, MEND, wanted to assassinate you in 2010. This is contrary to what you said in 2010 after the bombing in Abuja, when you defended the group, saying it is not a terrorist organization. At what point did you realize that the group wanted to assassinate you? And why did you defend the group in 2010 even when investigations had not been done on the bombing incident?
9) Your estranged godfather, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, on Tuesday formally endorsed your opponent, Muhammadu Buhari. How did the relationship between both of you degenerate to this extent? What really went wrong between you and him?
10)Your administration has now promised to flush out Boko Haram from the North-East in six weeks so elections could hold in all parts of the country. One of our readers requested us to ask you why you are now more committed to defeating Boko Haram for election sake. He wants to know why you could not do that in six years for the sake of fellow Nigerians that were being killed, maimed and displaced?

More so, he'll surely be paid his entitlements in full.
