#One Nigeria for ever and ever. This Wike sha, he should've have learned from one of his cronies "Odili". Odili, tried impressing the Northerners (No hate) in a bid to become the VP then. But, in the end we all saw what happened after investing huge rivers people resources. Food for thought oo |
on 23rd June, 2016 (one year today) I was on my way to calabar to see my late brother "Mathew Odok" who was shot in and killed a day earlier in the McMahon experts kidnapped incident. There was a terrible traffic jam spanning over 20km. I saw over 200 Oil tankers and various trucks carrying assorted goods for deliveries but ended being trapped in the gridlock. some drivers said they already spent mire than 3days there. spending close to 3hrs in car without moving, I decided I should should trek since I had no loads except my phones. Less than 700metres away from what seemed like the end if the jam was the grand finale! Here, I met over 10 CBN vehicles most of them Mercedes Benz mini trucks loaded with cash and more than 50 stern, no nonsense -well-armed police men and we'll dressed CBN staffs all trapped in a no going back nor front spot. The main cause was an over 70cm deep pot hole across the road. I saw how people's businesses where suffering, I saw how someone could get to church on his wedding day because he was caught in the Jam. I said to myself, the only way that can engender rapid development our cumunities, states and the nation at large was simply, the decentralization of the Government. Hence, the birthday of #TrueFiscalFederalismNow. This hatch tag is 1yr old today. Show some love by liking Also join the campaign for True Federalism Now. |

NextGovernor:Bro, maybe you didn't see this, “Know that recoveries of looted funds are not the most dependable way to finance the budgetbecause of the legal processes that have to be concluded before it can be spent.“So, the money quoted in the budget is the one we have already recovered and in our pocket tospend as we wish.’’ |
Were these girls really kidnapped? I'm still in doubt! Shekau has also been killed or injured more than 5 times since the past 2yrs. I stopped trusting politicians and security agencies since I watched the movie '24' '(Jack Bauer) |
You didn't show all the Chinese roads under construction. some of those roads won't last up to 12months.. |
what a massive serpent? someone said pythons are harmless? definitely not Naija ones.. everything here jagaga oo |
Brexit is the reason... |
I'm not trying to exonerate former President 'GEJ from this. But, I wud say that the President can/wud actually do little or nothing when it comes to Security demands. Security is 70% the problems in the world. They bring all sorts of reports and threats make mountains out ant hills just to stay relevant. In our "Fantastically corrupt country" They bring these reports to sap our collective wealths. our people are heartless!!.. God will punish Dasuki and his cohorts! |
Ohh, what a country ? |
ephi123:why won't it be the way it is? when most of us dnt even know our common rights. we elect these people to manage the first of our states, LGAs and so on..yet they become gods over us and do whatever they want with our monies. yet some us still have the nerves to say "they are trying naa". trying how naa ? they where simply entrusted with these offices to created and manage programs that will impact the people they govern in a positive way..the monies don't from their private businesses or pockets.. so, again how are they trying![]() |
ephi123:ah tire ooh.. our politician/ leaders just turned themselves to demi gods. |
sarrki:No, you didn't send him to prison!.. he was campaigning for the democracy you enjoy now..he was not a rogue or criminal. So, show some respect bro. |

A meagre 150million for second Niger bridge that links the North, South, East and West and over 23Billion for a state capital? not an entire state!!!!! Again, just 1project in the entire SS/SE? Is this how is done in the UK? I am asking @APCuk |
and a 5km road to link Ring Road III to Wasa Junction with Karshi-Ara-Apo Road estimated to cost N2.454bn.’’ It cost 500million NGN or 1.63million USD/km? How? |
The flyover thing seems to be another new trend. Do some of these States actually require the flyovers at this time? I passed through Abakaliki, Ebonyi State a few weeks back and saw some of these massive flyovers work ongoing. I thought the flyovers where meant to reduce traffic gridlocks? If we dnt have such traffic in some of those states (Building flyovers)why not channel the funds to more cheaper projects (Road bypass and all) Fmr. Governor Oduagan went on a BRT construction spree a few months prior to his exit. And guess what? Warri was left in a mess. Our current transport minister also did same with the monorail in Port Harcourt.. Imagine if Fayose had built 5-10 micro industries with the amount of money already sank into this project. I just talk my mind o. I no mean querrel o. |
bantudra:I completely agree. Disintegration is/won't be the solution to our problems. what we need is a visionary and innovative leader..Implementation of the 2014 national confab will be another step in the right direction.. VP Osibanjo knows this too ![]() |
Heavance:You killed it bro.. matter of fact, I think with this comment Aline you should become a professional marriage counselor (if you aren't already ( |
Did he threaten to slap the Jagabans wife a few months back? Yes. OK, 'ihe eji amara dike eruo o' ![]() |
Lol @APC UK. na who even form this kind office for our heads? BTW; no post from @APC Germany @APC Netherlands, France, USA, Italy, Russia, Czech, India, China, Syria, Afghan, Etc etc.. while waiting for them to do the needful, I'll like to inform you'll that civil servants are still been owed up to 12months salaries in some states. Garri is now 1,200NGN per custard, Peak Milk is 250/tin. Things get worse by the day here oo |
Nice.. The Only R, Rivers won it. And the 4Ks, Kaduna-Kano-Katsina-Kebbi are 2,3,4,5 ![]() God bless Nigeria! |
