Niceman12: Don't be deceived, many northerners most especially here in abuja are going after Igbo girls for fun, nothing more. It's very few that marry them. My current girlfriend is an Igbo girl from imo state and I seriously don't have intention of marrying her.
The reason we go for them is because they are easily caught not like our Hausa girls that will take so much time to convince her. Your girls too much like money. Fool yourself.. We know your type.. Paid to be stupid on nairaland |

OneTemplate: Probably not. Igbos have a way of attracting hate towards themselves by always projecting it onto others.
They are divisive and hateful. Extremely insultive and religiously/ethnically intolerant. They talk down on everyone they come across everywhere they go and arrogantly feel superior to others based on nothing other than tales they are told about some mythical greatness.
It is therefore not difficult to hate Igbos as a reaction to what Igbos do to others. That is very different to what Igbos do which is to hate and fight people because of their gender, caste, ethnicity, religion, political and sectional leanings. THERE GOES A MAN PAID TO BE STUPID |

DAVE5: So all the people that have been killed by police where probably for self defense?
Police has actually cocked their gun at me and my office friends before
We were entering our hotel, police saw us outside and assumed we were maybe thieves, asked us questions, we replied and showed our work id and the car’s vehicle license we used, wasn’t a big car so yahoo boys wouldn’t have been using that type of small car, no offense was found against us, then he changed it and said what are you doing out late, we explained, he wanted to turn all aggressive and not hear us out, he cocked gun, all man change am, if he had shot one of us, you’d probably have asked what we as adults were doing out late at about 11-12 on Friday night still dressed in our office dresses entering our hotel room
I know you might say what we’re we doing out late? My reply to that is: is it a crime for adults to be out late? No mind some daft persons here paid to be stupid |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Photos Of Late Jerry Rawlings & 12 Things You Don't Know About Him by Blessedassuranc(f): 10:37pm On Nov 12, 2020 |
Fuckingmallam45: A lot of people tend to celebrate Rawlings because the optics are good. Yes, he came to power via a millitary coup detat but left as an elected civilian president. He stressed financially judicious policies, struck down on corruption and overall actually did more to develop Ghana than anyone since Nkrumah.
But these actions do not make one a Revolutionary. A revolutionary challenges and attempts to change a system in place that oppreses or otherwise subjucates. Rawlings never tried to change the system in place, in fact he only wanted to make the preexisting system “better", and like I stated, some of his policies ended up hurting Ghana badly down the line.
At the crux of it, he either lacked the balls to challenge the West (like a certain Nelson Mandela) or simply just had great ideas but not a transcendental leader by visionary proclivities (Haile Selassie etc). Thus there's little to no chance why the West will ever see him as a threat. It's not like Rawlings was actively challenging for African control over commodity prices, the debt trap of Neo-colonialism or any other facets which represent the continued domination of Africa and Africans by the West.
In my opinion, Rawlings is so overrated, I guess he has a really good PF team. As individuals like Murtala Mohammed, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Ken Sawo-Wiwa, Winnie Mandela, Steve Biko, Robert Saboukwe and Amilcar Cabral deserve far greater credit and adulation than JJ Rawlings. My opinion though Thank God you know it's just your opinion.. All the Nigerians you mentioned still couldn't do anything. No wonder this country is still as useless as it has always being |
