Thank you everyone, if I mention everyone I’ll spam the thread and make it unnecessarily long , you’ve been helpful with your prayers and words of encouragement, God bless us all, may we never experience loss of our children and even anything dear .
Now I’m ready to wait 6 months and try again at least this time we need double or triple for the trouble because as for me I’m a fine girl again the slay must go on

I had the baby yesterday afternoon at about past 2pm via CS after the doctors said my liver was about to fail , the baby is alright in the incubator, I’m recuperating fine too . Thank you very much for your prayers everyone

Yes sis princess is having colic oh and I didn't give her coconut water because i had c section and couldnt move on my own for a day, they gave baby formula sef b4 I was able to breastfeed her because she was screaming non stop that night.
Even my group leader that received her said she hasn't heard about giving baby coconut water first, so couldn't help me achieve that coconut water remedy, I know my mum would have helped if she was to be alive, now we are struggling with colic
You can tell your mum to do that for you once baby is handed over to her if you are so sure of the remedy.

Pls enjoy your sleep now I have not had a real sleep, I always feel dizzy and fainting not because of anaemia but lack of good rest, I'm really sleep deprived.

I've been wantingto say something to you since i saw this post but it took me down memory lane. This was me with my DD in 2016. And it was even worse cos i was in a kind of family house amidst mil fil sil bil and they all tot i was being lazy and should just get bk to my dish washing and house cleaning job within the house already. I once collapsed but for my mum that held me in the nick of time. All my in-laws did was to snort.
DD like u all know was a cry cry pickin. She could cry 5 hours stretch. She wouldn't sleep till 3am in the morning and by 5.30am she would be awake to start the day.
I didn't lactate quick enough so we started her on nan 1 hoping to switch to exclusive but no matter how long she breastfed, all i had were severe bruises on my nipples that won't go away even up to a month. I would shed hot tears.
I was shocked because i had babysat other people's baby so as against what i expected i wasn't adjusting at all to my new status
Any opportunity to leave the house especially to get drugs were my escape period. I would switch off my phone and sit at the pharmacy for one hour hoping to ease myself​ of the emotional and psychological stress i was going through.
I had severe engorgement when she was one month old and doctors were tabbing me that i wasn't breastfeeding her well. This was a child i would sit 12-16 hours at a stretch trying to breastfeed (yes, you read that right). I would sit at a spot, my mum will bring breakfast, lunch and dinner but my baby would not be satisfied. Something was wrong, my instinct told me. It wasn't pinpointed at the hospital so they sent me back home loaded with antibiotics more depressed than before.
The antibiotics made my milk supply dwindle. Munchkin wasn't adding weight as expected.
My mum, my pillar of support during this trying times then insisted she should continue with the combi-feeding. Twas during her 10 weeks antenatal that the nurse discovered she had tie tongue at the health center. That was the key that solved all d mystery. They released her tongue there and then.
Everything changed. I could now breathe. She slept well, i could now calm down to study her to know what she wanted. No lights at night, no noise, always want to be full whether on milk or formula so her loud belch could be her 3 blocks away.
Then my mum started playing her music from her phone and she would move her arms to beat at just 2 months. She can do dance now.
But my DS is quieter, calmer and more reserved.

At first i wanted to run away from her, sometimes i don't even want to hold her cos she was always frowning at me but now i miss her when she sleeps.

So dearie, whatever you feel now is normal, just make sure you take care of yourself. Eat well, don't stress yourself. Before you know it baby will clock one and you will ask yourself when did she grow. The Lord is your strength sis.

Thank you Jesus for every mama in this team, those that ran ahead, those that had their baby in October and those that ran into our basin. Thank you Lord because you kept us all. We are grateful full. Our hearts are full of thanks.
Thank for our husbands, for always meeting the needs of our families. Thank you for our kids. Thank you for everything Lord.
Thank you for Conception. Thank you for smooth pregnancy and safe delivery. Thank full to visiting some homes after several years of waiting. We are grateful.
We aren't worthy not your kindness Lord bit you show your tender mercies through it all.
At this point, we remember LEEMAH50, we ask that you visit her soon and surprise her with double.
You oh Lord have given us these children. We ask for Grace to train them in the way of the Lord. We will not fail in our duties as parents. They will give us rest till our old age. Amen
They are still babies now Lord, we ask that you watch over them for us, they will not fall sick, we will not cry over them. Amen.

*standing ovation* well done cappo, this is so emotional, going down the memory lane of the preg journey.....it was really an awesome experience on this thread with you mamas esp you cappo joomie and mama Zaynie, you ladies are wonderful, all Oct mamas, eagle mama, WhyworryPh, Xzandy, etc....Nov mamas *winks* I wish to meet you all here again on my next preg (missionary) journey, it was great having fun while going through these beautiful and lovely pregnancy feelings, it made the journey easier.
I wish all the remaining waddling mamas esp Nov and Dec mamas safe and supernatural delivery, waiting to read your BA and BS

I welcomed my beautiful princess on Saturday October 20th at 8:13am through Elective CS weighing 2.78kg.
We are both doing fine and have just been able to come online since then.
That’s how I ported from November sha o but we Thank God.

He came at about past 7 in d evening after induction n labour that refused epidural to emergency CS.
At 41 weeks dot.... With a whooping weight of,.....4.8kg

The goodnews I had just 4hours labour for ftm(everyone was surprised becos he's jevoah over do). Mummy, lo and daddy doing fine. Bs later in the day. Biko I have a question. How possible is it that all through my pregnancy I have only gained 3kg and yet at 36 weeks scan says baby is weighing 3.1kg?

I have been starving since last night cos I don't want this baby to be too big. My sister has already suggested I start taking lipton.

Hmm...Na wah o. And there I was thinking baby won't be big since I keep losing weight and adding not more than 3kg maximum.
Please, is there anyone here that was told that her baby weighed up to 3kg at 36 weeks and still went on to have 3.5kg baby? I don't want to exceed 3.5kg. What do I do please?

Lol mama I'm sure you hv resumed your jolly feast, scan that isn't fool proof, showed my precious weight to be 3.2kg that morning at ANC 37 weeks but she came out at 2.9kg the same evening.
