My sist gave birth 2years ago I remembered they was Ankara in her list, but I am sure they used 1 to wrap the baby and the other one to dress baby bed

One wrote 4, the other wrote 6. I wonder what it's for

i don't know yet, still battling with little morning sickness, until I went for scan... but I Dnt see my period last month... and have been feeling like this since Jan.. so I Dnt really know yet

I have started calcium Nd vitamin c last night tho I can’t take milk can’t even stand d smell! It’s well I feel a bit better this morning

It's a combination of Calcium and Vit. C.
At this time, I suggest taking stuffs rich in calcium as well. Someone here said she uses Loya milk

I will advice you to change hospital immediately. My previous miscarriages usually took place at 6weeks. from spotting to heavy bleeding. I was only using doing scan and self medicating planning to start antenatal at 12 weeks.

when the last one happened, I vowed to see a better gynecologist, I went for scan at 6 weeks dot and a threat was detected. God used the sonograher to save me this time. I ran down to general hospital immediately and was placed on progesterone will 12 weeks.

Note: the cause of the miscarriages I had before was due to hormonal imbalances.( low pregesterone at 6 weeks)

Una good evening I dnt really understand some Gynae there is this hospital my hubby loves So much he wants me to start antenatal there cos his wife’s friend gave birth there and it has plenty efficy,I have experienced miscarriage b4 at 6weeks and it’s was due to low progesterone cos I did hormonal test to prove that, Nd immediately I confirmed positive my Gynae friend told me to start duphaston and metformin till 12 weeks ( cos I have pcos)I called the MD of this hospital to even have a conversation with him

I lied to him that I am out of town and I tested positive and a doc in my location prescribed metformin and duphaston cos of my history cos I stated down my history that I just wanted to knw if I am doing the right thing but I was surprised the man said I dnt need any of the drugs that the only thing I need is folic acid

But I have even read a lot abt duphaston and how it helps to reduce risk of miscarriage the whole thing just tire me tho I dnt intend start antenatal till I am 12 wks

You made me smile. Something tells me there's a baby in there. I'm hopeful. I'll just relax and see how things go. I spotted at about week 4/5 though, I took it as implantation bleeding cos I google it.

Good afternoon everyone,

I came back from the hospital today in tears. When the man was asking me plenty questions during the normal abdominal scan, I knew there was trouble. He asked me to go and pee and come back for trans-virginal scan. With both transabdomenal and transvirginal scans, nothing was found.

The doctor said I'm "unlikely pregnant". He only said I should come back after one month if I don't have my period, so tests van be done to know why I'm not yet seeing my period.

But I had ovulation about three weeks after the miscarriage, met hubby, no period and no ovulation since the Jan I met hubby.

So what's with the positive blood test?
What's with the itchy boobs?
What's with the metallic taste?
What's with the mild cramps, no blood?

I'm just so devastated right now.

I can't even use the drugs the doc prescribed for infection bcs I read in it manual that it's not good for first trimester pregnancy. I don't know if I'm pregnant or not. I don't understand anymore. I'm supposed to be 7weeks+

Is it possible for a trans-virginal scan not to see anything at week 7 too??

I woke up rushed to bathroom but can’t vomit everything hang in my throat and chest, cracker and cold water helped a bit, the food I am eating now is bland but everyone seem to enjoy the food! Thank God I dnt feel weak today

This is exactly the way I feel though my vomit has refused to come out. I don't like this morning sickness at all and i feel this way all the time (morning, afternoon and night). I am losing weight because i can't eat. Pls, I don't wish it for anyone. It's not a nice feeling.

Yes the best part only that I always wake up with painful boobs

I feel so sleepy after every meal, so sleepy like I took sleeping pills. I always enjoy the sleep sha, I think it's just a way of my body telling me to rest.

I need to be careful wat I ask for, since I hv been fingering for nausea I just vomited my precious Sunday rice ! Chai

Hahhahahaha i no want but I just feel so weak, this week started with another style after eating comes instant weakness I won’t be able to move for sometime.

I am not joining this prayer group oo.. That sickly feeling in the pit of your stomach that you can't drink any fluid or eat anything in peace. Vomiting the delicious meal you spent hours cooking.. So annoying. Not being able to brush your teeth in the morning because of fear of vomiting.. Gosh! The worst part about the vomit is that it won't come in peace oo, it will just be drawing your stomach like you want to throw out your intestines, the vomit does not want to know whether there's anything in your stomach or not, it just comes laidat..
Biko I don't want that oo.. It makes pregnancy journey eventful but it's hard! Some days you have to start crying bcs u are very weak and can't eat. I count myself out abeg, the journey just start, other packages dey front but morning sickness, count me out oo..

Should we gather and pray for morning sickness by way I seriously need a chat buddy,hubby is forcing me to rest Nd I am bored���I need a chat buddy Biko October team

My symptoms started with a weird taste and indigestion. Scarred of eating and brushing because I have this constant urge to throw up even though I threw up just once. I can't wait for this phase to be over. I noticed I like spicy and slightly sweet foods too. Lastly, my small boobs are becoming fuller ooo though it's not as painful as it used to be. God is wonderful

I am the only one wishing for this una nausea , like it makes the preggy eventful, me I am just bored with my sore boobs Nd slight dizziness , I 8 mango few days ago ooooo abeg let’s wait for our seniors to talk

Ahhhahhaha you funny, they say no sex is like my bros don lock him something, i only feel lightheaded most times when I wake up and it easies off within the day dunno if that is what they call morning sickness, I have not vomited for one day I kinda want to feel all that���for food I get hungry almost through out the day,personally I am not going for any scan agaain till 12weeks I have handed over the pregnancy to God the yesterday stress wasn’t worth it

Me, I've not had any morning sickness oo, the only thing I felt last week was heavy and itchy boobs. I keep asking myself if I'm pregnant or not, at 7 week, I've not had any pregnancy symptom except heavy boobs, missed period and one kind taste in my mouth. Fear is catching me sef, unlike the normal me who usually have one kind painful headache, nausea and vomiting, cold legs, not being able to eat or drink water or anything right from week 5.
I was supposed to see the doc yesterday for checkup and scan but my mind is shaking not to goan hear unpleasant something. I'm just wondering what scan will see at 7 week, I don't want to goan hear "we can't see anything there", "madam, are you sure you are pregnant? " I'll go next week sha.

Doc hasn't told me no sex yet, but everyone around me is choking me with the no sex ish, a midwife, my mum, aunty, and others are just shouting no sex till after 4 months, I said OK oo. We have been following the no sex rule until few weeks ago when we broke the rule, DH body no gree am again We have gone back to our celibacy mood Sha, let's see who will break the rule again, At least 12-7=5, so just 5 weeks to go

For the book, what I did was, I downloaded pregnancy apps on my phone. The apps help me to track my pregnancy, tells me how my baby is forming, the symptoms I should be experiencing each week, food to eat, etc.
I have one, "Pregnancy day by day" it tracks my pregnancy, tells me about my baby's development, symptoms I should expect and things to do, pictures of the baby each week, scan pics and videos for each week. It's an amazing app.
The second is "Pregnancy tracker", it has space for: weight tracker, kick tracker, contraction timer(for labour), calender diary (where you can write how you feel each day), music, bumpie (for saving your growing bump pics). It's a wonderful app.
Try these apps, I'm sure you will get more than enough info about pregnancy than any book can give you.

For me I guess I just had a bit of morning sickness woke up this morning very dizzy, I struggled to leave the bed , felt a bit better after eating! Lolz
I dunno if is my breast that is dragging me while walking

Doc said no sex till 12 weeks and my body is saying otherwise

Can somebody send me any pregnancy related book I can use to be distracting myself

Another angle capacity of machine also differs thanks jare I am chilling abeg no more scan till 12 weeks I even heard the light waves are not too good for the developing baby

To the best of my knowledge, scan is not reliable in early pregnancy before 12weeks or there about. The machine used for scan are of different capacities, the one in the hospital is of a lower capacity.

Just wait till 8 weeks then it will be more apparent

I dnt have much symptoms with duphaston just felt sick yesterday

Yes my darling I am worried I won’t lie, but I am doing everything right, I am on duphaston ( twice daily), metformin, pregnacare, I am resting so why will that crazy man tell me otherwise

Like I've read on this thread where mamas answer people with similar issue, they usually say you should try another hospital/scan centre or wait for like two weeks to repeat the scan. Some scans can give one high BP. Pls calm down, all is well.

I think the best thing is to try another hospital/scan centre bcs I know you are so worried and can't wait to repeat scan in two weeks time. Pls be calm and be positive about your pregnancy.

So I came back today from hospital with a sad face

I was so dizzy yesterday and my hubby forced me to the hospital, I had to run all the plenty test and was scheduled for scan

Blood pt came out positive
But the scan said he can’t really see anything
He was even arguing with me if I am pregnant till I showed him result from the lab

Last week I did scan just on my own in a good scan center, cos I had cramps Nd I was scared of miscarriage as I have experienced it b4 and the sonograper measured it to be 5wks 1day and said everything is ok that they is gestational sac but no fetal pole but he said I shldnt worry that they dnt see fetal pole till 8 weeks


So why is scan center seeing at least gestational sac and hospital is not seeing anything by the way both are pelvic scan

And both urine and blood shows positive

My breast is still heavy
No cramps or pain
No bleeding
Not stressed in anyway


Also no UTI that’s the only good news

My sweetheart no vex when I was making the list body was doing me one kin
