I get regular period but I started spotting 10/11 days till when my period comes June 2019 I did transvaginal scan it came out all clear, my gync place me on birth control pill for 2 cycles the spotting stop but started again after 8months. I recently relocated to Lagos after I got married last year November. I Visited a gynaecologist January he put me on birth control pill again I didn't spot February,but I told him I was trying to conceive since he asked me to do a hormonal profile test which the result says I wasn't ovulating well so he placed me on Clomid 50mg and perlodel with pronatal,i met with my husband during my ovulation window which the doctor today me... But I noticed I started spotting about 8days to period no conception occurred. I recently changed the hospital this month the new gyne told me to do hormonal test again and he also told me he will be stimulating me with the list of drugs on the photo below which cost almost 60k. Please guys what other options do I have that will cost lesser, please share Thanks

in all these did you ask your doc what your diagnosis are?they can’t just keep giving you drugs without telling you want the problem is, also have your hubby been checked too Pls try to find out all these before taking those drugs they may mess u up the more

Oh wow you are lucky to have your system right bk I am with waiting for my menses tho my evacuation was barely 3 weeks ago so hopefully will get my menses anytime soon

Right away jor lol. Immediately AF returns. I ovulated couple of days back (confirmed with the kit) but I didn't try because I want to give my body the healing it deserves. But once I see AF, I'm so trying again.

Due to my reoccurrent miscarriage I was asked to do hormonal profile test but that’s when my menses returns
It’s very advisable to know the cos of your miscarriage so it can be avoided next time if possible

Well depends on the nature of the miscarriage test shld b considered here in Nigeria doctors dnt really pay attention to all these is very sad

I didn’t hv any sign I went to scan Nd blighted ovum was discovered it took extra 2 weeks for my pregnancy symptom to go away after evacuation

I left the pregnancy thread for a while now, going back to the thread, I saw your post about the miscarriage. It was really disheartening, I felt really bad. But I know all hope is not lost, we will testify soon with our rainbow babies.

This group is exactly what I need right now. I just can't shake off my miscarriage experience. I have been advised by friends and family to console my self with my other children, but it's not working.

I guess one can't substitute a child for another. They are all different, unique and come with a special type of feeling.

How are you doing. Sent several emails but they didn't deliver.

I used the drug; applied the full dosage and went for an ultrasound to check and see if the uterus was empty two weeks after.
Didn't have to use anything other than the Misoprostol.

Some losses like blighted ovum you may not get any regular miscarriage symptoms inshort u will still be feeling pregnant till you go for ultrasound scan is usually chromosomal defect

I just underwent one recently

Aside misoprosol no other drugs

Cos I chose drug evacuation,my bleeding has reduced to spotting but I want to know if it’s necessary to use this! Pls do not ignore my post

I have searched all through nairaland health topics and I found trying to conceive group, ivf group, pregnancy group and new birth group but none for miscarriage support!!!

Miscarriage is very common and one of the most painful experiences of life

Speaking personally from my experience
Miscarriage is more common than you can imagine but I feel we can come together to reduce this occurrences
I have suffered reoccurrent miscarriage and even our gynecologists and fertility specialist are not answering some of my questions
I for 1 dnt want to go through it again I dnt have the heart to.
Let come together to support ourselves
Talk about our plans on achieving healthy pregnancy
Please if you have gone through this and was able to carry to full term please do not ignore us
One or two pieces of advice can go along way in fighting this demon
