My Canadian (Nigerian) Boss, do buy his Phone in Canada whenever he is on leave.
these are the Reasons;:
1. Canadian Phones has some improved genuine Hardware Component compared to China or global version.
2. He do buy it Cheaper there.
3. Once in 3 months there is a phone stores that do organize 50% discounts or less on each phone/gadget. the promo last for 24hrs only (So, he will wake up by 4am to catch up with the Store to queue. ,....the stores are in Ontario, alberta and Manitoba
4. If anything happens to ur phone in canada where u buy it, U can return, repair or even replace/Swap it for Free. u cant come to Nigeria back to do this
5. IP Location Hitch-fee or DNS Hitch-fee cos u bought it in Canada

2. Her Pregnancy is out of Wedlock, the Man has engaged anoda Woman is his house),

4. The only Child for her mother while she has Step-brother & Step-Sister  She needed a job and came to the front of our Company office for Job, that time, I went for Lunch. approached me, pleaded to gain access H.R.  we dont know ourselves from adam.I submitted  Since Last year, but not yet Called, but she still pesting me to push her CV which i DID ..  no vacancy for her yet. But she will get Job b4 December 2022 (am very Sure)
now Yesterday She ask me if i can Get a loan for her to Start Grocery/Mini Supermarket. & she said she has experience.In my mind i want to give her, but i told her i will borrow from my company for her.
Now the Problem, She said cos of my attitude & Generocity Since when we met,  she want to setup the business in my area for me to Supervise it also. & she will be paying the loan weekly.
she said She will stay with me in my flat Till she is financially buoyant then get her own apartment.. House Where is living now will expire this monthend.
Pls advice me.. We both sat down & plan the 650k today for the growth of the business. But i want to take advise from Nairaland to  Either cancel the plan or Modify the Plan or Start it.
PLS advise
 if to cancel it: i will tell her my company refused to give me the Loan.

What is the deal for Newcastle?
Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) have acquired an 80 per cent controlling stake in the Magpies, with Ashley’s controversial ownership coming to an end as a result.

With PIF providing 80% of the funds for a takeover, a deal has passed the Premier League’s owners’ and directors’ test regarding who is calling the shots at St James’ Park.

With a green light given by the English top-flight, following a breakdown in discussions back in July 2020, Newcastle can now start planning for what they hope will be a brighter future.

Staveley's PCP Capital Partners and the Reuben brothers are also among the partners that now hold the reins of an ambitious but success-starved outfit.

Opposition to the deal
While Magpies supporters have been crying out for someone to remove Ashley from office, a deal with Saudi investors has not been universally well-received.

Amnesty International have cited Saudi Arabia’s human rights record as cause for the takeover to be opposed, with their UK chief executive, Sacha Deshmukh, saying: "Ever since this deal was first talked about we said it represented a clear attempt by the Saudi authorities to sports wash their appalling human rights record with the glamour of top-flight football.

"Saudi ownership of St James' Park was always as much about image management for Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and his government as it was about football."

Who is Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman?
The 36-year-old has been Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia since June 2017 and is also the country's deputy prime minister, Chairman of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs, Chairman of the Council of Political and Security Affairs, and Minister of Defense.
