No I was just given lupron injection on cycle day 21 then told to come back after 2weeks that they need a 5m thickness but after going back 3 times that’s a total of 4weeks my endometrium or womb was at 8m thick so it was canceled that it has to be thin before the give drugs to thicken it

Good evening everyone, my fet cycle has just been canceled reason been that my endometrium refused to thin out after taking lupron injection last month. So I was told they have to cancel it and I should do heteroscopy to check the womb. I was taken these supplements vitamins E, cq10, aspirin and folic acid and prednisone could any of these have caused my endometrium not to thin out. The doctor isn’t answering my questions rightly please

Hello Sis, i pray God will surprise you pleasantly this time around.

though I had a fresh cycle, apart from the drugs i took i made sure to keep my feet warm from ER and all through the 2ww, I ate warm/hot meals and avoided cold drinks i was majorly on bed rest during this period, though i didn't have a choice cos i was battling ohss for most part but above all it was prayers and God.

I couldn't stand the no bathing after ET so i took my warm bath as usual, watched alot of comedy movies/videos and kept myself happy and in a relaxed mood all through the 2ww, spoke to all my reproductive organs to work together for conception and pregnancy including all the drugs and injections too. I continued all my prenatal supplements (Vit E 400iu 2ce daily, Omega 3 Fish oil 1000mg 3ce daily, Osteocare 1tab 2ce daily and pregnacare original, i stopped Coq10 100mg 2ce daily few days after ET)

I have no idea on endo scratch and for prednisone, i started at ET 10mg 2ce daily and starting weaning at 9weeks to stop at 10weeks

If you are still using same hospital, pls ask them for breakdown of the entire process from start to finish including drugs/injections so you can know if anything is out of place this time around and raise alarm if need be. Pls no surprises this time around. Better still it is not too late to transfer your embies to another trusted hospital ooo

Endometrial scratch is done 6 weeks before FET and for prednisone it’s 10mg morning and night from start of your period continue till positive and then tapper down from 8 weeks , start with 5mg morning and night and then 2.5 mg morning and night , then 2.5 mg daily and stop finally at 12 weeks

Please when exactly should one do endometrium scratch before FET and how to take PREDNISONE,thanks

Good evening everyone,my urine mcs test result are out and I just found out I have klebsiella spp this I got during embryo transfer.Because I did infection test before I started the whole ivf process and no infection was found.I will be seeing the gynaecologist on Monday but I have already started treatment.please does anyone know about this infection and what i can do to get better,am just down wish I never started the process in the first place

No I wasn't given I was only given panadol after retrieval and cyclogest after transfer.

1BB AND 1BC was transferred and it failed then 1CB AND 2CC were frozen but they say it takes 3months before considering anything.thanks

Just joining,I had a failed ivf transfer recently but also noticed I got Urinary tract Infection with blood stains and pain while urinating immediately after Embryo Transfer.Please do you think I contacted it during the process and it affected the cycle.thanks
Then when can I have another cycle after because my clinic said 3 months later even though I have 3 frozen Embryos they are saying a fresh cycle will be better.please your opinions are needed

my own case was more from a spiritual battle which God fought n gave me victory. Nov.makes me 2yrs in marriage,after 3 recurrent miscarriage same time each time after having attack in d drim,it dawned on me dt it wasn't normal after d 3rd one,since then no show since last up until my bfp now.
I became more steadfast in church services n prayers,did deliverance prayers in church each time I have a bad dream concerning my childbearing.
fastforward to Nov last month,I remembered i read blossomedcherry's post abt her WIDD so I made up my mind to give it a try. I drank bitterleaf juice from cd2-4,on cd4 I went to d pharmacy in a desperate effort to buy letrozole whc I finally got for 2500.
I also remember asking my next door neighbor who has a 3mnth old baby that I wud wash her baby clothes whc I did,I attended Shiloh then on d last day I pleaded wit hubby to follow me whc e obliged me n hubby gave monetary sacrifice while me I took along d only baby boy/baby girl shoes I bought with faith lastyr but papa oyedepo later instructed everyone to give / convert all items to money, I said In my mind that I wud just send d amount they r worth to d church box. hmmm
took letrozole cd5-9(7.5mg) 3x daily,kept it as a secret from dh,thn during my supposed fertile period I bd daily n really cramped as in painful cramp whc I still DTD on cd15.
in my drims I started seeing pregnant women,n one that I went to greet a frnd who gave birth,I tot she had twins bcs I took 2pink shawl,I told her I'll kip d oda one for my baby girl( in realife DT friend had a baby boy), I also dremt I fell inside a pit but immediately I shouted for help I found myself outside, n another I dremt I entered a car n got home to my destination whc Neva hapund in previous drims. meanwhile in sept my pastor prophesied to me.
on cd30 a day to supposed AF I had a urge in my spirit to go n test cos of leg cramps I had for 2days whc was a sign for me,so I bought n tested with evening urine o ( in my mind wateva will b will be) na so within secs I saw strong double lines, hmm my sisters I was just screaming God I can't believe it like I million times.
days later I complained to a nurse that I feel weak n a few ppl said I luk dull n sick,me I was thinking na belle cos am not knowing it was malaria++ after she tested me,she treated me with 3days injections. n drugs,then she placed Me on weekly progesterone injections started last week.

Am in the village now and telling you to wait till 31st when I wld be in Lagos wldnt be nice, though I got mine in umuahia and am not their again for now. would advice you still look for it in big pharmacies in Warri, u wld definitly see it. Tell them Femara or Letrozole. some have it but dont know the exact name.

Prolactin=result7.79 range<20
