Nice thread. I have had worse experience as well but we learn everyday. Well for me I'm reading a lot of books on redpill and consuming enough to become confident in myself.

There are some schools that doesn't require GRE for their PHD program, can someone focus on those schools instead?

your best bet is to write GRE and aim for nothing less than 310. You’ll also need to invest more time with your SOP and apply to more schools.

It would be very difficult to get into a Tier 1 school, there are a lot of schools in the US where you’ll be fine with a PhD program and surely would be at a good spot for post doc fellowship.


My advice is to focus on Low Tier schools.

Why not share the program you’re interested in so folks can at least point you to some schools
