I took a class a couple of months ago and marriage was defined as:

"a contract made with the state that makes each spouse the next-of-kin, & spells out details such as the obligation to sexual exclusivity, inheritance rights, the division of property & financial support."

This definition alone says a lot, so i guess in the US, marriage is a contract.

A man was driving home just outside of Lagos about 2.00 am alone in his car and
got to a police checkpoint. A policeman stopped him and asked for every
document (particulars, insurance, license, etc.) and these the man presented to
him. He then asked for more documents (birth certificate, baptismal
certificate, school diploma, etc.) The man had everything at the ready. He then
told the policeman "Any document you want, I've got it right here". To this
the policeman snapped back, "Sharraapp! Who say you no get papers?" He
obviously had nothing else to ask for. In frustration, he even kicked
the car's tires to check if they were well inflated, When at last there
was nothing else to charge the driver with, the officer said, "I charge
you for driving alone at this time of the day, for if you come get accident
now who go tell your people?" The man replied, "I'm not alone, Jesus Christ
is with me here, Angel Gabriel, Angel Michael and five other Angels also here
with me". The policeman said, "All these people inside this your small
car?"

"Yes Oga" the man answered. The policeman then said, "In that case, I
charge you with overloading!"

It is morally & ethically wrong! "The orange is not worth the squeeze." I have noticed that those that indulge in that type of affair with their bosses, don't normally last long on the job. You are employed to work and not for sex! Let her look for a sex partner and stop messing around with employees, moreso she's married, if her husband catch both of you what will you say/do. 'Some' words are sufficient for the wise. I'll put you in my prayers.

I just joined this forum today and I'm so impressed & delighted by the contributions of everyone; I must confess that I've learned a lot. I use to be a Confidential Secretary with an Oil Company in Portharcourt. I'm presently in the US working as a PA with a County Commissioner. I have been on this job for about 4 years, and so far, so good (I'm loving it). Also, I do a small business part-time. I will be glad to make submissions and contributions from time to time.
