ChrisKels: Nigerian under 17 world cup winner (2013) and under 23 (2019) joins newly promoted Portuguese first Division size Vizela FC from Portimonense on a 3 year deal.
Chidera has spent 4 seasons in Portugal with Porto/Porto B/Portimonense under 23 and has been waiting to break into senior football all that while.
He joins fellow Nigerians Isah Musa, Fidelis Kuku And Francis Okoli in the side. 22 yrs my ass.... Yes, I'm going to play the devil's advocate |

komekn: The double standard and hypocritical prejudice against some players defies all reasoning.
In my opinion currently in his position nobody is better than him. Tell me which current SE player has his long standing consistent, continous quality over the the past 5/6 seasons. Absolutely nobody. I said it a few days ago that VIc Moses is still relevant to our team |

Joebie: “I think I would like to stay loyal to Portugal as I’ve played in every age group for them, but I would never close any doors and there is no decision to make yet. If I have the choice then it is not a bad choice to have. I lived in a few places around Kentish Town. I was eight when we moved to Portugal. My mum is a Portuguese”. Ilori told the Liverpool Echo back then.
“Sometimes you take decisions that look like the best for you but in the long run it isn’t what it is. I had the chance of playing for Nigeria but I was focus on Portugal. Maybe I should have given it a shot with Nigeria because their project back then would have still have me in it till now.”

Danielnino00: Yea. That one too..
Back up for Roberson and let's sell Lovren and get a replacement...
If Lovren remains with us next season,we are in trouble.. Matip and Gomez aren't always available.. Exactly what other fans have been saying Lovren is prone to amateurish errors. We have been linked to Ben White though |

Danielnino00: Yesterday's result was embarrassing but I don't think it's enough reason to painic...The boys were probably tired from the celebrations.. There was reallt nothing at stake...we have done what's needed.
But I do agree that we need reinforcements next season.. I think the Fabinho-Henderson-Wijnaldum midfield combo needs to rest..We should switch to a more creative midfield.. We have Chamberlain and Keita for that, but they aren't consistent...Keita in particular is hardly fit...
I won't mind is getting Thiago...He is a very good player maker... Defensive reinforcements nko? |

Danielnino00: You self Dy keep records Bro, how you take see our loss to Man city. Wasn't happy tbh Now fans are crying that we lack creativity in the midfield as most of our goals come from out full backs...its the bitter truth. But the board's unwillingness to spend may hamper us next season. We can't rest on our oars and truth be told, we still need a creative midfielder from deep...like Thiago/de-bruyne kinda player. Also, seems Gomez folds in big games. We may nerd another CB and a cover for Robertson too. What's your candid opinion bro? |

Etebo is now thriving in La Liga it is clearly easier for him.

komekn: 100% agreed, l dont think I said best but highest expectations for Aneke, he was supposed to suprise the league
The best Midfielder for me then was Eze then Onomah followed by Oviemuno as well as Etebo in the Championship who l expected to be the new Ngolo Kante.
Out of all four Aneke has been the most dissapointing for me. Yes he has almost continous injury but l expected those injury issues were behind him. He needs to get some real specialist physiotherapy. I dont know a lot of muscular players seem to have these issues.
Anichebe had the same problems after doing way too much muscular build up in the gym after he had his leg fractured.
Currently Eze is definitely number 1 followed by Oviemuno and Tega is actually now trying to catch up, so let's see. Funny though Tega is the one most likely to have a chance to play in the EPL next season if all goes well with Fulham.
Etebo is missing in action he has gone to the relative ease of La Liga.
The competition in the Championship is crazy intense. Anybody from position 10 downward can be relegated, the difference between the bottom 8 teams is 6 points. The difference between the top 6 teams is 8 points. And anybody can be beaten by anybody at anytime. Haba...you self? |

Does that mean we should wait for three seasons more before he reaches that milestone.
Meanwhile it is widely claimed that he is IN- FORM. If that's is IN- FORM what on earth is off form. I also don't support that in-form assertion about Iheanacho He is inconsistent..he needs to be more consistent |
