Good Morning guys, pls after updating my R9t to 12.5.6. I am unable to download nor update apps from the play store. It will be rolling and showing pending till forever without downloading or updating.
Pls What could be the issue?

It was simply removed from some devices. Especially those with less than 6GB RAM

But mine is 6GB na

Only Lagos and Abuja i know of. I think they are in Portharcourt too which should be closer to Owerri. Make sure you don't forget the phone carton, reciept along with all necessary accessories when going.

Pls where is their office located in Abuja? It's urgent thanks

He has a point, it's a 50/50 issue. Not all 9t are bad and suffers from deadboot issue, the way people paints 9T here makes it looks like that. ~t remains a good mid-range phone

I tell you.. mine is getting to a year now, sometimes I will purposely reboot/switch off just to observe but nothing... I like the phone I no go lie.. (6/128)

If you have restarted your phone severally all these while without encountering it then the chances of it not occuring to your unit is very very high.

I do restart mine numerous times, infact I do switch off my 9T every night to charge.. I bought mine in May
