What A Person Sows, He Reaps |
Sangoamadioha1:Now you wanna fully digress.. I will oblige you. Name any of the so-called abusive sentiments by the Obidients,, and I will tell you the very action of attack that caused the retaliation from the Obidients,, which you guys are now complaining about as an abuse by the Obidients.. About the HEADLESS MOB thingy,, it's Soludo you should be asking what that means. Obidients are not A Mob. And Obidients Are Not Headless. |
Sangoamadioha1:Not true.. There were No Obidients in 2015 and 2016. And that was around the time when the term “Wailing” came into existence.. So, go back and correct yourself.. The tons of bashings and excuses during those days by the so-called Ministers and Advisers were so shameful.. The Reason those excuses and bashings went up recently was because the Obidients came with some other methods of fault-finding and fact-finding which bashings and excuses alone cannot solve. Thus they were firing on all fronts, and still not getting themselves anywhere yet. You think it's a lie? Then, go and read Keyamo’s response to the declining unemployment data. Heaps of excuses everywhere.!! Then, about conquering the social media space... There is no battle on the Social Media.. The Government should even utilize the Social Media as an E-Participation tool, where they hear directly from the people, and get direct feedbacks from the people.. And not where to engage in bashings, and white-washing of failed Policies. Then,, for the so-called ONLINE BULLYING... Hahahahahaaaahhahaahahaaaaa... Take this very truth here to the bank.. The Obidients had always been on the defensive.. We had always been retaliating. We don't launch attacks,, rather we had always stayed on the defence.. |
Sangoamadioha1:Meanwhile,, people like Keyamo and Lai and all those ones who have lots of excuses... With people like them still in place,, they are always ready with lots of excuses (mostly lame excuses), rather than being open for constructive discussions, and making amends where necessary.. With people like them, we will continue to find ourselves in a situation of “US-VERSUS-THEM” within the system. Whereas we are all supposed to be “US”.. |
Sangoamadioha1:The things the new Administration should Focus On.. And the Mistakes of the Incumbent (APC) which MUST be avoided.. Pointing out mistakes,, is not GASLIGHTING.. Is it.?? For the moment,, What we should first learn is how to be an Active, Effective, and Efficient Opposition,, JUST IN CASE.... We definitely won't massacre people the way the CPC did in 2011 after the lost,, neither would our spirits fall, and we would start to wail on every available media,, just like the PDP were doing for the past 8 years.. |
Sangoamadioha1:In the process of wanting things to be done right,, (JUST LIKE WE ARE TRYING TO DO WITH THE INEC),, would you turn left whenever you see things being done wrong without antagonizing?? No naa.. If really you wanted things done the right way,, keeping silence in the face of wrong-doing wouldn't be your best option. The main reason we wrote-off PDP as a main opposition.. They were too silent in the face of wrong-doing. Thus, they don't know what is right? Can't they speak up.?? As for my reps.. Let the Senate start sitting first.. |
Wahalla Ooo |
The wrong officer announced.. Thus,, it was not an authentic announcement in the first place. |
Sangoamadioha1:Point-1.. If you go through my previous topics..,, you will notice that I have always raised issues similar to this, even far before 2021.. Point-2.. Whichever way the topic gets presented,, one thing you should know is that “our reps definitely don't see things the way we see”. That's why they gave us an Electoral Act 2022 that still had lots of ambiguity, just in their attempt to make it elastic enough to accommodate some unforseen future possible options. |
KanwuliaExtra:Wetin you want make I talk again naa?? Na the same INEC naa. The same INEC that had decided to mess up with all the Results-Management Protocols.. |
Iyamehi:To be honest with you.. INEC had missed it. Police is even better than them sef. |
.. The INEC that was supposed to be innovative,, are the same people who are smearing all bright ideas and innovations with mud. Thus, no need trying to tell them how to do the right things.. |
I am not supposed to be doing this.. I had earlier decided to forget about trying to think about how to make our electoral process better But what INEC is doing is just not what we expected.. Not it At All... |
Dear INEC. Let Me Try My Best To Explain What The Electoral Act 2022, Section-64(4) is really trying to portray in practical terms. Just the way we have all learnt how to trust the Presiding Officers at the Polling-units to use their own Pens and WRITE DOWN the Polling-Unit-Results into the Form-EC8As -- Right In-Front-Of Everybody, before carrying the results off for delivery at the collation centers; that is Just The Same Way we would Also TRUST the same Presiding Officers to use their own Fingers and KEY-IN (or Enter the values of) The Same CORRECT Results into the same BVAS-Machines and Transmit them directly to the Decentralized “Edit-Proof” COLLATION-SYSTEM -- Right In-Front-Of All Of Us too. And then, they should scan the pictures of the results and upload same to the IREV as usual, for reference purposes. .. The Decentralized COLLATION-SYSTEM should have many computers that are collating their direct results independently at each level of collation, and at the same time working together with all the other computers that are along the same line of communication with each of the independent computers, both at higher and lower levels of collation; and yet, all the computers would have Absolutely NOTHING to do with all the other computers that have no interception of communication with them.. Therefore, a collation system that has a MINIMUM of about 19,500 interconnected computers, is good for a start. .. The Main thing is this... Since we have accepted the “writing of results” with human hands right in front of us,, then we can also accept the “entering of results” by humans right in front of us too. .. Thus,, INEC should re-configure their BVAS-Machines, and then set up a very Strong Collation System, so that Everything Must Be Happening (And Be Concluded With) At The Polling-units ONLY.. .. Every Other Activities that should be happening At The Various Collation Centers would be to Cross-check the Electronically Collated Results which had already started at the Polling-units, and to Approve Them or to flag them for a review. Therefore, any electronically collated result that is not accepted at any level of collation due to serious disputes (and thus, not approved) would be flagged for a second-level review. **(Humans should be reviewing machines,, and not machines reviewing humans.)* Each Level of Collation should have two sets of electronically collated results, which under normal circumstances, is supposed to be exactly the same. A. The Originally Collated Untampered Results which were done by the Collation System using the directly transmitted results from the various Polling-units. These collated results are “Edit-Proof”, and cannot be changed. These originally collated results would be very helpful whenever there is need for review. B. The approved collated results which becomes the officially announced results, which should be assumed as the reviewed results. This particular reviewed results can be edited while the review is going on. These results are being transmitted or delivered from the Collation Centers after the reviews had been completed. Like I mentioned earlier, where there are no issues or reviews, the two results are supposed to be exactly the same. And where there are discrepancies in the two results due to reviews, The Original unedited results as well as the reviewed results would still all be available for scrutiny at the Tribunals. In the meantime, we await the 10th national assembly to amend the Electoral Act 2022, and to clearly put the Act in order, so that all the relevant clauses in the relevant sections would properly and succinctly reflect “DIRECT ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION AND COLLATION” without any form of ambiguity or lapses. Even in the event that the direct electronic transmission and collation fails, the Electoral Act would be able to suggest the best alternative approach.. |
He drained himself kpata-kpata.. |
Eniitankorede:I will be here to see how best you would twist this thing you wrote here.. |
Ok |
Nairaland avoided everything about the Dual Citizenship talks,, until Fashola said something about it. Nairaland is now becoming like the dear Old NTA. |
Jones4190: Obiedun:Yesterday Night,, Fashola didn't refute it when he was asked about Tinubu’s Dual Citizenship.. He even said that the Constitution Supports it. Obiedun:Wait Ooo.. If not Tinubu, then who.?? |
PulaPower:The votes from the people are saying another thing |
KanwuliaExtra:Na Ambode wan blame now.?? |
Obiedun:Thanks.. That's my Curiosity.. Not Yours sheey..?? So, Na me go decide whether to satisfy it or not. |
Obiedun:Nigerian Guys In Guinea have already started asking questions Ooo... We here in Nigeria,, Monday Morning, we are stomping The Guinean Embassy.. So you see, you're not going to be the one to tell people whether to make enquires or not. |
Guinean Embassy,,. Here we come. |
Sleekfingers:But there is HOPE naa.. RENEWED HOPE for that matter.. TINUBU will correct all these things in JUST 3-years.. ISN'T IT.?? |
.. Meanwhile.. The fact that they are also requesting for a WAIVER for all the fees that might be involved in producing the requested information -- it had already made me to conclude that the CSO is not even serious in whatever they are requesting for... Information is really costly. And if you genuinely seek for the true information, you must pay heavily for it. Or else, you remain in your blissful ignorance like the rest of the other people. The FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT made it compulsory that the applicant of the information would pay the fees for the reproduction of the information. |
CSO GIVES INEC 20 DAYS TO PROVIDE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION RESULTS FOR 774 LGSSource: https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/04/cso-gives-inec-20-days-to-provide-presidential-election-results-for-774-lgs/ |
Jones4190:Let's take Hushpuppy for example.. No matter the part of Nigeria that does Yahoo-Yahoo in large numbers,, Hushpuppy is the single person whose name is synonymous to Yahoo-Yahoo in Nigeria now.. So,, no vex Oga. Tinubu and his $460,000 drug money as far-back as 1993 is something to make a single person more popular than all the one-kobo two-kobo drug cases in the whole of South-East. |
Obiedun:Can a so-called “Diplomatic Passport” of Any Country be issued to NON-CITIZENS.. WHICH COUNTRY IS THAT SEF..?? Guinea.? Or Nigeria.?? |
Punishment for Perjury is 14 years. PREJURY is a criminal offence..
|
.. Did Someone Say CORN-AKKRY.?? 🌽🌽 .. No wonder he kept talking about CORN all these while.. Corn-akkry indeed...!!
|
Bola Ahmed Tinubu is also a citizen of Guinea. (Capital: Conakry) According to the document below (photo attached), he was born in Lagos Nigeria. He has a Diplomatic Guinean Passport issued to him in 2015.. (Diplomatic Passports Are Issued Only To The Officials of a Country, who must be CITIZENS of the Country in the first Place..) But he vowed under oath in the forms and affidavit he submitted to the INEC that he does not have dual citizenship. Hmmmm.!! More Perjury Cases on-top of one man’s head.
