At first, a house-wife may think she's all enough for her husband, until things turn bad for the man, and she starts being unattractive to her husband.

That's where she will know that being a house-wife is not a good idea.

She will even go out to do hook-up, but still end up not doing it well, and not getting good money from it.

Half education is truly dangerous. Chidoka said he applied to INEC under the Freedom of Information Act for access to the election materials which they gave him. He simply analyzed the materials given to him by INEC. INEC has not denied it.

Chidoka also said that in both Imo and Bayelsa the current governors would have still won even if you remove the over voting, but the margin of victory would have been closer. It is only in Kogi that SDP would have won.

This our country is messed up, from leaders to followers!

You are very correct here..

Assuming PDP won all three states will talk and analyze like this?

Politics is all about interests!

When OBJ rigged and Yar'adua publicly confirmed the rigging did they talk and analyze like this?

Seems they were asleep then!

grin
But Chidoka said that APC still won in Imo State after the Analysis he did in Imo State.

Chidoka presented a statistical data for public Discussion..

This one is here talking about Legal Issues..

Oga,, you dispute data with data.
..

He is not after anybody.
He just presented his data, and some conclusions from the same data.

Go and gather those data again.
And apply your own analyses on them and come up with something else to prove him wrong...

Or you can go and gather some other additional sets of data, and do your own analysis and prove him wrong..

.....Assuming Chidoka was in Kogi during the election, how could he possibly have covered all 3,508 polling units? Even if we assume Chidoka was in Lokoja, he is not omnipresent, capable of being at one polling unit while simultaneously observing the other 3,507.......

....In response to the emboldened quote above....

See,, the current election technologies which are currently deployed by the INEC had made everything very easy and simple.

It's just that the INEC had not yet recognized the powers which these technologies posses.

An election monitor/observer can stay OFF-SITE in his Situation-Room and monitor more than 176,000 polling units and more than 9,000 Collation Centers Simultaneously ON THE ELECTION DAY....!!

And Yes,, the Source of the Data is INEC’s New Election Technologies..

@bolded is part of electoral law as amended. Take note. Applicable and applied everywhere not only in Kogi.
Did you read the Original Post very well and watch the videos.??

(In case you didn't,, It was clearly pointed out that he did the same thing for the three set of results from the three States --- and Only in Kogi State that it turned out that the violation of the Electoral-Act-2022 actually changed the outcome of the results)

Please go back and read the original post again, and cool down and watch the videos..

I think you are the one silly here. Is it not the results from PUs that were added together to form the total votes. What is the differences between deducting it from the total votes casted and deducting at the PUs?

Moreover you cannot be learned more than the court. For even insulting me just because we wants to educate the public shows you are one of those people still struggling to fathom how power eluded the Igala kingdom of Kogi state and still eluding them further till today.
He Did Not Do DEDUCTIONS OF VOTES...
Rather, He Did TOTAL CANCELLATIONS OF P.Us.

He didn't go to deduct those discovered margins of over-voting.
Rather,, he just applied the Electoral-Act-2022..
He Totally cancelled all those Polling-Units where there were over-voting.

Thus, in any Polling-unit which he cancelled, both the good votes and the bad votes in that particular Polling-unit are all cancelled.

Oga it is their fault cos they are meant to do the right thing that will checkmate those desperate politicians but they are not doing it that's why we are where we are today as a nation.
He even said At Gunpoint..

Whereas there are provisions in the current system for situations like that.
Declare what they want,, then report in the appropriate papers (WHICH ONLY YOU CAN SEE) that you were forced at gun-point to declare such a result..

But No.
The officials wouldn't report such.
That means, they declared those results with their normal senses and full conscience.

Before now, nobody could analyse INEC Results.

But now, it is possible.

Very soon,, it could be done in less than One Week..

By then, if INEC Officials like, let them do fraud.
They would just find all their names joined as the defendants to the tribunal, for their offences to be established and punished, and alongside declare the election null-and-void.

The best way to start solving any problem is to know the root-cause of the problem, and estimate the devastation already done.

Then apply a palliative to stop further devastation, and start seeking how to prevent the cause of the problem..

After that, the healing process begins.

We cannot sit and watch.
We cannot also solve a problem by always doing palliatives.

I believe that analyses like this opens the eye of the people to what INEC is doing, and it also showed that the BVAS Truly worked on its own,, but that the INEC Officials ignored it all-the-same..

GOING FORWARD...

The aim would now be to force the INEC Officials to actually USE THE BVAS IN THE COLLATION EXERCISE.

This was exactly what I was saying all these while.

What I saw during the November-2023 elections made me loose all the little REMAINING trust I had left for INEC..

Before November-2023, I forced myself to actually believe that INEC made some innocent Mistakes or errors in the Elections of February/March of 2023 (although I knew they were not mistakes).
But the November-2023 sham-election was clearly a deliberate Fraud -- and that scattered the whole trust for me..

THE BAD NEWS HERE IS THAT -- THEY ARE PLANNING TO REPEAT THE FRAUD AGAIN IN EDO AND ONDO STATES..

Here is the full video of the Channels-Tv Interview..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qD7VhxgKTbs

He analyzed the results of the November-2023 off-cycle elections of Imo, Bayelsa, and Kogi States.

In his conclusion of his analyses, he agreed that APC would still have won the Imo State Off-Cycle Election, even after cancelling all those Polling-Units where there were over-voting.

Same thing with Bayelsa State.
He said that the PDP would still have won the Bayelsa State Off-Cycle Election, even after cancelling all those Polling-Units where there were over-voting

But in Kogi State, the story would have been different.
He said that the SDP would have won the Kogi State Off-Cycle Election after cancelling all those Polling-Units where there were over-voting; but that SDP wouldn't have attained the requirements of getting at least 25% of the votes in two-thirds of the LGAs in the State.

Suggest an alternative.
A totally different National Commission to be in charge of all Local Government elections Nationwide..
And for the LG Elections to be done generally at the same time Nationwide -- two years after the National General Elections..

INEC said that they are already handling a lot of things, and thus they should be unbundled so that another commission which prosecutes electoral offences should be created out of this existing INEC, so that the INEC won't be also in charge of prosecuting electoral offences.

Now, the same INEC wants to have another work given to them.??
The one they are supposed to be doing, they were busy begging for the National Assembly to unbundle INEC..

LET US BE SINCERE FOR ONCE..
If the INEC already said that the work they are currently doing is already too much for them,, why should we burden them further.??
