Fools are talking. What would a male human being be doing in bed for 40-minutes in bed if not sleeping, or gisting, or cuddling.?? |
iampeterben:He is tired of telling lies. He has left the pack for good. This government had silenced him for long. The government need a smarter liar.. Not Ngelale that cannot remember his past lies. |

Chaaiii..!! And Tinubu No Go There.?? |
NLCreator666:I'm not being tribal here.. But the worst thing a Yoruba Person would ever do is to disrespect A Good Elder,, or any Strange Elder Who he doesn't know his Bad Records.. Thus,, this man is feeling so guilty for grossly disrespecting Innocent Elders.!! And he knows the repercussions.. When he becomes an elder,, situations will arise where kids will grossly disrespect him for no reason.. And this thing he did now will always haunt him forever. |
fergie001:Kogi for instance,, I also need to see that Supreme Court Judgement which caused the INEC to bring the BVAS-Machines to the Tribunal.. Then,, no matter the straightforwardness of the judgement,, the words that are written inside them matters so much. I am not a lawyer, I didn't even study Law. But I read a lot of books and drafts and CTCs,, just because I have develop interest in reading them. The Nigerian Political Puzzles had caused me to develop serious interest in the Nigerian Legal puzzles. |
ch214:Very Cheap Seff |
fergie001:One thing I learnt over the years is,, “If it is not clearly written, don't assume it into existence”. Nevertheless, let's observe. ... Please Fergie001, where can I go to download the copy of the Supreme Court judgement of Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa.?? I need to get them and read them deeply and digest them before the Edo Election Day. |

Lanrelagboi:They didn't do primaries.?? Or they didn't understand what “A Nominated Candidate” is supposed to mean.?? THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONLY ONE NOMINATED CANDIDATE FOR EACH PARTY NAA. |
Ok Naa.. Na so we go dey see am,, until the Nigerian Constitution and The Electoral-Act says SOMETHING TANGIBLE about the conduct of the LG Elections in the various states. |
Nigeria will definitely frustrate all their efforts. |
immortalcrown:The employer is reacting to the allegations made by the ex-employee in an earlier thread full of long stories. |
Ok.. It's good we got to read the other side of the story. Well.. Like I commented in the other story.,, the whole thing is still getting serious k-leg. |
That support was a petty xenophobic support.. As for the Miss Kwara.. She used to opportunity to quickly want to Jakpaaa.!! |
Good Morning Fergie001.. Please, are the Soft-Copies of the CTCs of the Supreme-Court Judgements for KOGI, IMO, and BAYELSA Elections out.?? Please I need to have them. Thanks.. |

Reaction to the previous thread: EDO 2024: HURIWA BACKS INEC’S DISQUALIFICATION OF APC, LP AGENTS https://www.nairaland.com/8201909/edo-2024-huriwa-backs-inecs........ ... In the previous thread, HURIWA said that INEC did the right thing by disqualifying the party agents of APC and LP, and they went ahead to give some flippant reasons why they supported INEC’s actions, and even quoted some excerpts from the Electoral-Act and INEC’s “Regulations and Guidelines”. ... But after I finished studying those laws which the HURIWA quoted, I stand to emphatically say that the HURIWA is very wrong in their stance and opinion. In fact,, the HURIWA is very biased in their opinion.. The Electoral-Act didn't mention the “online uploading of Party Agents” at any point as being the procedure for the submission of lists of party agents.. (Not to talk of the Particular Section-43 which HURIWA quoted in defence of their opinion). And the timeline for the submission of the list of Party Agents is 14-days to the election date. -- As at today, we still have 2-Days before the deadline. So, if the INEC had closed the online portal already, and they declared that they had stopped accepting the list of party agents from being uploaded to the portal,, then, they are the ones going against the rules. AND THEY NEEDED TO BE SUED BY THE AFFECTED PARTIES. (We should also bear in mind that the Nigerian courts had ruled that the INEC’s “Regulations and Guidelines” was solely produced by the INEC, and that it can be changed by the same INEC anytime they wish, and thus, they may even choose Not to abide by it. -- This simply means that the INEC’s “Regulations and Guidelines” doesn't hold any water when it comes to Legal Matters.) Then again, even the INEC’s “Regulations and Guidelines” did not make the “Online upload of Party Agents” a primary option; rather the “Online upload of Party Agents” was made a Secondary Alternative Option inside the INEC’s “Regulations and Guidelines”. (Clause 9 of the INEC’s Regulations and Guidelines) Therefore, I seriously wonder why the HURIWA quoted these two Statutes, and how they even came to the conclusion that the INEC was right in what they did. Why would the INEC disqualify the Appointed Party Agents based on a procedure which is even a secondary alternative option inside a document that is supposed to Not hold any water.?? I AM STILL SERIOUSLY WONDERING WHY THE VARIOUS PARTIES HAVE NOT TAKEN THE INEC TO COURT ALREADY..
