French gas transmission company GRTGaz, a subsidiary of France's main supplier Engie, said on Friday that the country is no longer receiving Russian gas through pipelines. Pumping from Germany was suspended on June 15th. Gazprom has reduced the flow of gas through the Nord Stream pipeline. The reason was problems with Siemens equipment. Export rates to non-CIS countries, including "unfriendly countries", are declining, but the Russian company fulfills all obligations according to confirmed applications. According to Gas Infrastructure Europe, as of June, European gas storage facilities contain 26.2 billion cubic meters of gas. Gazprom significantly reduced the supply of blue fuel to the EU countries, in particular to Germany via the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline, which could lead to the termination of supplies to France. GRTGaz, however, urged consumers not to worry - storage facilities in the Fifth Republic are 56% full. The company confirmed its intention to continue filling them in order to prepare for the winter. Thus, the decrease in supplies from Germany is offset by an increase in imports from Spain and an increase in the capacity of LNG terminals, mostly methane. |
Conscription in Ukraine[at home] went well, so they are going abroad to conscript Ukrainians ie those who claimed to be refugees in Poland Deo1986: |
Poland will expel Ukrainian evader refugees from the country if they do not leave the territory of the republic within ten days. This applies to men aged 18-60 years. If, after the expiration of the specified period, they remain in Poland, they will be rounded up and sent to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine . Earlier, residents of Odessa complained that the military registration and enlistment offices and the police issued summons to vacationers right on the beach. After receiving the summons, failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office will attract a fine or a prison term of up to five years. Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Anna Malyar promised that the mobilization in Ukraine had been completed, "hundreds of thousands" had been mobilized, and not a single evader had been recorded. |
Russia is exporting natural resources in Roubles. That's what i said. Again, Russia is coming off high inflation due to Putin's policies. Roubles have become strong and that in itself is a problem for any country that wants to export goods. It's a good problem to have just like China does to its currency baralatie: |
The European Union has lost its political sovereignty, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the SPIEF-22 meeting. Now identical parties are coming to power in European countries. According to the head of state, a change of elites may soon take place in Europe. |
Bulgaria's PM said the US[Kamala Harris] promised to supply them with LNG It says a lot about US promises/guarantees, and Ukraine will find out in no distance future seunny4lif: |
Russia is not doing business in Dollars or Euros and inflation is TAX on the citizens People are paying for the excessiveness and over-reach of global elites. Sanctions exacebated everything. They printed Dollars and Euros and flooded their economies with cash, what usually happens is too much cash is chasing after limited goods. When you[Africa] have a problem, its your problem, when the West has a problem, its everyone's problem. baralatie:

Biden, from one end of his mouth, refers to inflation and high costs of gas and food as pain people have to endure as they gradually whine the country off fossil fuel. On the other end of his mouth, he calls it 'Putin price hikes'. He campaigned on shutting down Fossil fuels. His first actions were series of executive actions aimed at stopping oil exploration. He seems to be making good on that promise but when he's asked if that is what is going on? He says no, blame Putin. Appleyard: |

Canada said on Thursday it was in talks with Germany to resolve an issue with a Siemens Energy (ENR1n.DE) turbine for Russia's Nord Stream 1 pipeline that was sent to Canada for maintenance, reducing gas supply to Europe. Russia's state-controlled Gazprom has cut the capacity along the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to just 40% of usual levels in recent days citing the delayed return of equipment being serviced by Germany's Siemens Energy SIEGn.DE in Canada. "The government of Canada is in active discussions with Germany about the turbines in question, and we are working to reach a resolution," a spokesman for Canada's Natural Resources Minister said in a statement. https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/canada-reports-talks-with-germany-siemens-made-nord-stream-1-equipment-2022-06-16/ |

Undermining Russia and the country's interests led the world to this place. The thinking that Russia was insignificant was fed to the world through the CIA mockingbird media, alas, to the shock of the world, Russia cannot be undermined. The Russian Rouble is now too strong, and one of the best-performing currencies in the world. It even affects their export. gambojimeta:

Russia is not an island even though the West tried to isolate the country. The war in Ukraine is not the cause of global food shortage and high gas prices, it was the reaction ie sanctions on Russia, that has resulted in food crisis and high fuel prices. Those countries like China, India, and Hungary that need Russian-made petroleum and gas are still buying from Russia. Africa is looking to buy from Russia ie fertilizers The West is going behind the scenes and undermining their own sanctions, just so they can buy from Russia. gambojimeta: |
A tale of two worlds. Wishes and Reality If wishes were horses, most would wish calamity on the Russians into reality...Thank God who gave the Russians all the natural resources to be independent. Imagine if the Russians put a halt on export of their resources? gambojimeta: |
When you think you know it all, you have it all figured out, must be obeyed, can do & and undo, and are all-powerful, then reality hits like a wet rag. Kingsnairaland: |
The US government is quietly encouraging US agricultural and shipping companies to buy and carry more Russian fertilizer, according to people familiar with the efforts, as sanctions fears have led to a sharp drop in supplies, fueling spiraling global food costs. The US push underlines the challenge facing Washington and its allies as they seek to increase pressure on Putin over his invasion but also limit the collateral damage to a global economy which is heavily dependent on commodity supplies from Russia ranging from natural gas and oil to fertilizer and grains. Prices for all of those have spiked further since the war started in February, a point Putin regularly makes in his public efforts to undermine support for sanctions. The effort is part of complex and difficult negotiations underway involving the United Nations to boost deliveries of fertilizer, grain and other farm products from Russia and Ukraine. |
Is he right, or is he right? name calling aside, prior to the special operations in Ukraine, The West told us Russia was a gas station disguised as a country with GDP smaller than Spain. Now, Russia is to be blamed for everything going wrong for the world, including starvation ChangetheChange: |
Deputy head of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel that "particularly gifted characters" began to realize that they could not do without Russia . "... without our country, they cannot survive in any way. Otherwise, they will not receive food for their citizens, fertilizers for the production of food for their citizens, energy sources for the production of food and heating for their citizens, metals and other products for the production of machines and mechanisms for their citizens, fuel for European and American nuclear power plants, which provide 20-40% of electricity to their citizens." |

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky issued an ultimatum to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz - he demanded that Berlin break off all relations with Moscow . "Scholz and his government must make a decision: there should be no attempt to maintain a balance in relations between Ukraine and Russia." The German government, according to Zelensky, is guilty of starting to help Ukraine later than the United States, Britain, Poland and the Baltic states. On the eve of Scholz's visit to Kyiv, Zelensky said that the German chancellor should not "limit himself to photographs", but should participate in discussions about Ukraine's status in the European Union, as well as strengthening military support. |

The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said in an interview with Le Journal du Dimanche that Europe will have to coexist with Russia after the end of the conflict in Ukraine, which means that every effort must be made to maintain a dialogue with Moscow . He had advocated that the resolution of the Ukrainian crisis, is “by winning on the battlefield” Borrell expressed solidarity with the French leader Emmanuel Macron, who declared the inadmissibility of humiliating Russia. |
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg admitted the possibility of territorial concessions. According to him, peace in the country is possible, the only question is how much it will cost Kyiv. He said that is why NATO is helping Ukraine, so that the country pays the lowest price. NATO intends to help Ukraine to give it the strongest position at the negotiating table with Russia, which should end hostilities Stoltenberg clarified that the military alliance is not involved in the conflict. He noted that NATO does not want an escalation of hostilities outside of Ukraine, so its soldiers never entered the country and “refused to the Ukrainians to create a no-fly zone.” |
President Joe Biden, speaking to donors at a Democratic fundraiser, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “didn’t want to hear it” when U.S. intelligence gathered information that Russia was preparing to invade. “Nothing like this has happened since World War II. I know a lot of people thought I was maybe exaggerating. But I knew we had data to sustain he” — meaning Russian President Vladimir Putin — “was going to go in, off the border.” “There was no doubt,” Biden said. “And Zelensky didn’t want to hear it.” Well, that’s nice. The empathizer-in-chief maligning a guy whose country is being invaded by nuclear-armed Russia, in order to gain a few claps at a fundraiser. Biden doing that is so on-brand because nothing is ever his fault. Inflation isn’t his fault, the economy isn’t his fault, Afghanistan wasn’t his fault, the border crisis isn’t his fault, and of course, he bears zero responsibility for Russia invading Ukraine. Do you understand how all this works now? Responding to Biden’s comment, a spokesman for the Ukrainian president said that “the phrase ‘did not want to hear’ probably needs clarification.” “In addition, if you remember, the President of Ukraine called on partners to impose a package of preventive sanctions to encourage Russia to withdraw troops and de-escalate the situation. And here we can say that our partners ‘did not want to hear us,’” said Nikiforov. “And finally, the key, I think it is pointless to blame the country, which is more than 100 days a full-fledged war against a much more resourceful opponent, if key countries have failed to prevent the militaristic appetites of the Russian Federation, knowing them well,” Podoliak said, according to independent Russian outlet Interfax. https://redstate.com/bonchie/2022/06/11/joe-biden-tosses-zelensky-under-the-bus-and-backs-up-over-him-n577352 https://www.yahoo.com/now/ukrainian-officials-push-back-biden-210056928.html |
