Please urgent advice needed on how to transfer money in USD to my gf in Australia… I tried WUMT but it only works when sending money into Nigeria, I tried from my usd bank account but couldn’t get it done, I tried WorldRemit but sending money from Nigeria is not allowed. Anyone with info on how to go about that would be appreciated.

Oil and Gas People has learned that at least 32 People are dead in what has been hailed one of the worst offshore disasters since Piper Alpha.

The incident in the Caspian Sea yesterday happened on Platform 10 on the Guneshli field offshore Azerbaijan. It is believed severe weather ruptured a gas line causing an explosion and huge fire that engulfed the platform.

Rescue was hindered due to 8m waves and strong winds. Just a few hours after the incident and as Oil and Gas People were getting reports of people trapped in lifeboats blown against the platform, a spokesman for the State Oil Company (SOCAR) went on record saying that everyone had been safely evacuated. The region is notorious for controlling the media and very little information has been released by SOCAR who have declined to take our calls.

An Independent committee has now issued a statement saying that they believe at least 32 people have died whilst 42 workers were rescued. Mirvari Gakhramanly, head of Azerbaijan’s Oil Workers Rights Protection Committee also confirmed the platform fire has finally been extinguished.

Several eye witnesses have contacted Oil and Gas People with horrific accounts of bodies floating in the water as rescue vessels struggled to get close to the burning platform.

SOCAR have issued three emergency response numbers but Oil and Gas People has been unable to get an answer on two of the numbers with the third repeatedly hanging up when we call.

Yesterday was 2Baba's birthday party...I love this guy for many reasons, best reason is his humility. Do you guys realise how unselfish 2Baba was with his party. I have taken time to read through some of the post in this topic, i think your write up Pomski is very sensible.

I should start by saying a relationship that can't be monitored is not worth it...why hide the skeletons in the cupboard? Why be with a man or a woman if your desire is with someone else. We live in the age and times where ladies get married to mr. A with mr. B's baby in their womb. If a man can't monitor his wife's convo with the external world...his home becomes a dangerous place...he might end up raising his wife's lovers children thinking they are his.

I once met a friend who narrated his ordeal to me:

Pomski...your write up completely spelt everything I got in my mind concerning this topic....talking about adultery, cheating etc....infidelity is not only catching a man and a woman making out....there is a more dangerous side of infidelity called emotional infidelity...where a lady or a man is married to mr. A but their mind is completely with mr. B.

And the victim of such would be pouring out their energy, resource, love and life into the relationship.........sometimes because of too much trust they find out late and when they do find out late....they get stroke or heart attack.

Hmmm.............this is funny but I will never forget my dads advice. There are a few but some that really made a difference.

First advice:

When a friend especially from afar visits you, if he is staying for a night, if you have money, get him an hotel to stay first for the night and let him go from there if possible. If he is staying a few days, let him stay in the hotel for a night and then bring him/her in d next day....the reason for this are:

Death maybe pending/hanging on him/her
He may be pursued by someone, some force etc
He may have done something wrong and running....coming to ur house my expose you and ur family to some danger.....
