ALL this coz some1 who is jst Trying 2 b sentimental by saying GERRAD is overrated>>>>>>Infact he is d BEST MIDFIELDER in EUROPE!

I actually tot d deciders were going 2 b travelling 2 kenya nd tunisia>>>but now it luks even mr harder!!!!!!

gerrad overrated?, dis na crious BEEF!!!!

PEP guardiola has 2 win something, but i personally lyk d idea of former players coaching teams>>PEP,klinsman,keegan,Donadoni,Mancini etc

@markos lyk dat, As an ARSENAL fan i'am also sick at d sight of d guy! D guys hands r always on his head wif mouth wide-open followed wif a foolish smile afta SQUANDERRING a very decent opportunity,

wat was d tunisia v kenya scoreline?

FERNANDO TORRES i think has been d best striker in d continent 4 d past 18 months, sentiments aside

DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA, whizzzzzz he was!!

seems u'all wanna mention all d epl players , lollzzzz sooooooo sick 2 include STEVEN GERRAD in dis ridiculous list

@ allboyz d guy has got hiss track suit back on, lol
@ dayokanu i do feel ur yarns abt ppl not minding really wat happens at underagged tournaments, but wat happens aftawards, coz if 1 may ask? where is Anthony le Tallec 2day?

1 of d reasons why many ppl worldwide luv LIVERPOOL is coz of their ability 2 exceed d limits, lol
Drubbin UTD 1-4 at d theatre of nightmares!!!!

anny1 who says Stevie G is overrated is jst tryng 2 Murder d beautiful game, infact he is d best midfielder in europe prove me wrong?

@dayo in this case considering d topic at hand nd previous posts seems lyk its only u who does not recognize a WORLD CHAMPION!

@ dayo its all abt sentiments coz its: gordon banks, oliver khan, dino zoff,lev yashin nd 'the great dane'

@dayokanu afta surfing d sports section realised u'r a 'GERMAN' dats kinda cool, but 1 can also include:
borowski,kroos,rensing,PODOLSKI!

I think the dimension of d tie is gonna go by who scores 1st, Arsenal fc get d 1st goal then i think d tie is effectively sealed,
but Roma scores 1st then we r in 4 a long nyt,

Blaise n'kufo arguably d best striker in d Eredivesie!

haba guy, i dont think carrick fits into dat bill, coz i really do consider him a good reader of d game: never chasing d game! he is 1 of d few players inwhich watever situation he finds himself,knows wat 2 do, proove me wrong?Downing jst lacks pace but has great technique,
Agbonlahor he is on his own, lol

WALE SCOTT of silverbied,

at present with d average player status, lets say $9.5million

he 1nce played d beautiful game soo there is every chance of him hving a very good knowlede of d game!!!!!
sooo lets jst wait nd see.

I jst think we should all leave out d sentiments coz DAVID BECKHAM is d Best Freekick Taker In The World(any dead ball situation)!

SILvester, i think dat was d worst transfer off-d pitch by wenger coz he brought in a reject from rivals UTD!

Roberto carlos,Rivaldo,Haugi,Kempes nd MaRADONA

com'on sauron if i had lick anyones ass it definitely wont be "loud mouth" Jose Morinho jst stating a tactical observation considering thta both Robben nd joe cloe were always tracking back to help d full-backs unlyk fc bracelona's attacking trios!

With our country's undeniable nd uncompromising luv 4 d Beautiful Game,this yr 2008 surely has been unsuccesfull considering the vast amount of individual talents nd technical abilities from d players point of view.

1st-  At the nations cup in Ghana,a near perfect squad wif lots of optimisms coupled wif a proven coach could not even impress d Referee!javascript:void(0);

2nd-  The super falcons at the olympics once again showed that they lacked d ability 2 compete wif d best outside africa by finding d net only 1nce in 3 games.

3rd-  The female U-17 nd U-21 teams both gave  only decent performances at their respective FIFA WORLD CUP tournaments wif d later been mr disapointing.

4th-  The golden eaglets led by coach Alphonsus Dike who r d current world champions showed that they lacked bite afta falling 2 a lowly rank Benin Republic at d qualifing stages of d African championships thereby only qualifing 4 d world cup as Holders!javascript:void(0);

5th-  The U-21's led by coach Laddan Bosso were knocked out on homesoil at d CHAN by a Senegalese team who hv shown at all levels over d last 3yrs dat they lacked d ability 2 compete wif d best in d continent.

6th-  The home-based super eagles also known as d eagles 'TEAM B' were sensationally knocked out of d innaugural African championships 4  players plying their trades in Africa,by old foes Ghana afta surrendering a 2-goal lead in accra to loose 3-2 on d day nd on aggregate.javascript:void(0);

The only high point from a disappointing 2008 was the U-23 national team also known as Dream Team IV who were only quite unfortunate not to take Gold at d Beijing olympics afta showing great individual,technical,nd tactical abilities through-out d games from both players nd managers alike, d Samson Siasia led Eagles clearly were d best footballing side at d tournament despite having only 1 over-aged player.Dele Adeleye,Obinna Nsofor nd chinedu Obasi all stood-out.javascript:void(0);

The no.1 sporting highlight 4 me was MICHEAL PHELPS claiming olympic legendary status,as d best ever olympian nd as a GUNNER i hate 2 say this BUT MANCHESTER UTD's all-round year was absolutely FANTASTIC!!

despite mkng ma 1st line bold i can see dat u dont understand wat i meant, he made it "much more popular"nd was also succesful attracting lots of immitations!

Yeah ur right d 4-2-3-1 formation has become much more popular thanks to JOse morinho but he had a somewat defensive mentality, Franck rijkaard was highly succesful at FC Barcelona wif d hyper-attacking mentality of these formation but later became his undoing coz he lacked flexibility wif Formations, but i Still stand on that the most tactically nd technically complete Formation is d 4-4-2 where u hv a holding midfielder nd 1 suporting striker wif a "box-man" nd a super playmaker lyk ZINEDINE ZIDANE!

PSL chairman Irvin Khoza made this declaration during a news conference on thursday 18th december 2008.sighting out that sport televisin gaints EURO SPORT have enquired about the possibility of broadcasting about 200 live premier soccer league mathes.This has surely chipped in at the right moment considering that the 2010 FIFA world cup is about 18 months away.THe big queston here is can the GLO PREMIER LEAGUE ever attain such heights?

yeah dayo i totally agree wif u coz am na arsenal fan, especially d 'arsenal fans' they really cn b plastic!!!!!!!!
