But anywhere in the world. A crime of passion is a second degree murder and you are liable to at least 10years in prison if the court could find the DNA of the deceased in your wife's vaginal or if there was a surveillance video as evidence.
But If there is no video evidence and the DNA of the deceased cannot be found in your wife's vaginal. There is no other way. You just murdered an innocent man.

If your wife loved someone, and that person loved your wife too. The court cannot punish anyone for loving anybody.
Love is not a punishable crime under the law.
