I don't think any1 has experience what I passed through today during the cbt test. Actually I did very very well in the 3 stages. But the problem is dat when I got to mushin, during the cbt after registering my two names in d computer as it appear in dere paper, during the typing and odas I couldn't find it but all I saw was my middle name been included which I didn't register alongside. I told one of the attendant he was like sha I was d one who registered it I saiD no, so I was asked to do it again but it keeps on appearing, then I had no choice than to work with it but d middle name wasn't included in there paper.

So my fear now is dat how will dey locate my scores when dey had two names on there paper but looking at the system they are 3 names.

Stop hearing "them say". I had 20wpm someone here said its 25wpm with my low 20wpm I was among the 1st people to get buddy invite. Just pray to God let your mistakes be overlooked, You are Blessed.

Clement its the names you wrote on the CV you used to apply for the job the computer won't magically guess your middle name..

Since its your name just move along cause if you over complain sef dem go tire for you.

My own prob is the call simulations, i think i Bleep£d up. didn't do well in it at all. . had 40wpm n 95% accuracy and the problem solving. . i think i did very well too. . M still hoping sha

I sail through call simulation N problem solving like Mungo Park, na Dat 75accuarcy dey pain me, heard the cut off score is 85...

Good evening house, I was sent a mail for CBT scheduled to hold today at Oshodi Etisalat centre, but I sent a reply mail to reschedule for Monday next week but I got this reply:
Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in the CSR role. Please be informed that CBT is ongoing till 3pm on Friday, 15th April 2016.

You can come in on Friday, 15th April between 8am and 3pm. Please remember to come with a valid ID card like driver’s license, international passport, voter’s card, national ID card without which you will not be allowed to take the test.

Every talk here has been about the typing part of the 3fold test, twas stated clearly in the form given to us, if u get 100wpm and 100accuracy and u mess up other test u Goin no where, wonder y all of us here dey focus on the typing test only....

Mehn I messed up big Time I felt like strangling myself, the guy attending to me was like u gat 75accuracy and 35wpm u angry, bro calm down and do well in the other tests which I did.....

Call simulation was a hit

Problem solving test was also a hit back to back

My only fear and anger is the fact that I gat 75accuracy instead of the 85 I wished for

1 advice if u haven't done ur cbt, focus on your accuracy more than ur speed, dont delete if u make a mistake, it will affect the ur accuracy.....


I don do my part, now waiting for Etisalat and their mail for buddy session...

Nw u wish u did one of either voters card, national id or nimc id. It's always good to ve a valid ID on ground. I cover eye do international passport during my service last yr.
