Tinubu moved from SDP to AD, then to AC, followed by ACN, and finally to APC.

Buhari on the other hand moved from ANPP to CPC, and then to APC.
PoliticsTinubu In Closed-door Talks With PANDEF Leaders At Aso Villa by Bobloco(op): 8:22pm On Mar 11, 2025
President Bola Tinubu is meeting with leaders of the Pan Niger Delta Forum at the Council Chamber of the State House, Abuja.

Tuesday’s meeting began at 04:15 pm (local time) when the President arrived at the venue.

Convened by the elder statesman, Edwin Clark, who passed away in February, PANDEF is the mouthpiece of the traditional rulers, leaders, and stakeholders of the coastal states of the Niger Delta.

At Tinubu’s request, the gathering observed a minute’s silence in Clark’s honour.

It is one of a series of meetings between the President and Niger Delta leaders.

On January 21, 2025, President Tinubu held a closed-door meeting with key stakeholders from Rivers State, including Governor Siminalayi Fubara, former Governor Nyesom Wike, and leaders from Ogoni communities.

The discussions centered on advancing the Ogoni cleanup project and addressing environmental and developmental concerns in the Niger Delta.

The President emphasised the need for unity and collaboration to heal past wounds and foster progress, stating, “We can’t heal past wounds if we continue to be angry.”

According to the programme spotted by our correspondent, there would be remarks by the Chairman, Board of Trustees of PANDEF; King Alfred Diete-Spiff, Co-Chairman, Board of Trustees of PANDEF, Obong Victor Attah, a statement by PANDEF’s National Chairman, Godknows Igali and President Tinubu’s response.

Seated for the meeting are Senator Seriake Dickson; Professor Mike Ozakhome; former Cross River State governor, Mr Liyel Imoke; former Rivers Deputy Governor, Tele Ikuru; former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Timi Alaibe.

Others are Jaja of Opobo, Professor Dandeson Jaja; Senator Ita Enang; Senator Bassey Henshaw; Mrs Ibim Semenitari, former acting Managing Director of the NDDC; Uche Secondus; Senator Andrew Uchendu; National Coordinator of Host Communities of Nigeria, HOSTCOM, Okareme Maikpobi; Niger Delta activist, Ms Ann-Kio Briggs; spokesman of PANDEF, Chief Obiwevbi Ominimini.

PoliticsQuit 2027 Presidential Bid Instead Of Running As Deputy, Nwobodo Tells Obi by Bobloco(op): 1:18pm On Mar 11, 2025
A former chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Barrister John Nwobodo, has stated that it will not be politically proper for the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party in 2023, Peter Obi to deputise a northern candidate in 2027.

Nwobodo, a former governorship candidate of the Accord Party in Enugu State stated this in an exclusive interview with LEADERSHIP in Enugu.

He said instead of deputising a northern candidate in 2027, Obi should forget any presidential ambition.

Nwobodo insisted Obi has really created an impact in Nigeria’s political landscape, saying he does not think the former presidential candidate is a desperate politician who will run for political office at all cost.

“I do not think that it would make political sense for Obi to deputise a Northern candidate in 2027 instead of doing that he should not run.

“Mr. Obi has really created an impact in the political landscape of Nigeria. I do not think that he is a desperate politician who would run for a political office at all cost” Nwobodo stated.

He, however, warned that it will take extraordinary measures to defeat the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the presidential election in 2027.

Nwobodo said the APC is well entrenched in terms of membership and spread coupled with high network Nigerians in its fold.

“Without pandering to the political sentiments or emotions, it would take extraordinary measures to defeat APC in 2027. I say so because the party is well entrenched in terms of membership and spread coupled with high networth Nigerians in its fold.

“The problem of leadership in Nigeria is not one of the party nomenclature but a deep-rooted problem of lack of patriotism and the negative mindset of most politicians who see politics as a tool for aggrandizement of power and money.

“But returning to the question, I think the only kind of opposition that can wrestle power from the APC is the opposition that would field new breed promoted by an amalgamation or coalition of political parties and a well mobilized citizens. Any political arrangement that favours the old politicians would hit the rock.’ he stated.

You see you all lazy boys reacting to every malicious propaganda you better go and look for work to do its getting late already for you.

You nor get job, you nor get business talkless of company yet crying over what you never have and will never have.
It is now considered malicious propaganda because it doesn't portray the Tinubu government in a good light. However, if the report had lied about some phantom 7 million businesses being created, you wouldn't have described it as malicious propaganda.

We know your type, but it doesn't change the reality on the ground that Tinubu's wicked and draconian policies, masquerading as economic reforms, have caused the shutdown of 7 million businesses.

GEJ was not meant to do 8 years as planned by his party and that was why he failed. This is different from Tinubu's case.GEJ was expected to complete Yar'Adua's term and do one more term. 2015 was supposed to be the turn of the North as planned by PDP.
Why do you think G7 Governors and nPDP emerged during GEJ? The day they held convention and Atiku, Amaechi ,Saraki moved out of the venue was the day GEJ lost. APC only took advantage the happenings in PDP to win the election
What do you mean by that?
PoliticsWe Are Not Losing Sleep Over El-Rufai’s Defection — Kaduna APC by Bobloco(op): 1:54am On Mar 11, 2025
The Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has stated that it remains unperturbed by former Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s decision to leave the party.

El-Rufai, a founding member of the APC, announced on Monday that he is no longer affiliated with the ruling party. He revealed that he has joined the Social Democratic Party, SDP, ahead of the 2027 general elections, citing internal crises within APC as his reason for leaving.

Reacting to the development, the Secretary of Kaduna APC, Yahaya Baba-Pate, affirmed that the party remains focused on its goals, particularly securing victory for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani in 2027.

He said: “We are unperturbed by former Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s defection to another party. Our main focus in Kaduna is on how to deliver the state to both President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani in 2027.

“The APC in Kaduna State is growing by the day, as evidenced by the calibre of politicians joining the party regularly.

“We are not disturbed and will not lose sleep over El-Rufai’s decision. The party in the state is expanding more than ever before.

But he was the best when he was busy galvanizing support and working hard for Tinubu's presidential bid, especially during the APC presidential primaries and the general election.
