I remember talking on the phone with omicpet this morning around 6am about praying for items to arrive as described by sellers/suppliers. It might appear funny but it's not because anything can happen to items in transit, who will now bear the cost?

I've said it before and i'll say it again, deal hunters and buyers should always be ready to shift ground as both parties must bear the loss. In this particular case, an outright refund might not be possible (put yourself is dealhunters shoe). A better solution would have been the deal hunter buying a new Stylus Pen and secondly, reduction in the cost price of the item to compensate for it's value that dropped as a result of the slight crack.

Yeah true
That's why I said it's not really a big issue
If chisom had attended to d guy well, they should have come to an agreement without things reaching this thread.

Phemmygbl:
Case isn’t settled yet bro. I’ve used clone countless times and frinx too, they are always very clear with the descriptions. The picture isn’t clear enough to show the crack but the notification of the missing pen is very clear. Again, daaz is in the best position to explain this. When I contacted Chisom what I was expecting him to do was to contact daaz and they sort it.

Exactly my point
He shouldn't have shunned the complainant or pushed him to daaz cos all d buyer did was pay for a device

Anopheles:
But prior to the purchase, didn't you demand pics from Chisom before you paid for it? Surely, this crack I'm seeing would be clear...

Come let's be real
Wen a deal hunter posts a Deal, he is meant to indicate its fault, let's Say he Hasn't seen the phone, d picker is meant to have seen it and told him, you see one thing about clone2020, forget he is now looking like a scam, wen he meets up with a seller, he calls the buyer on whatsapp call and says whatever new issue he saw or noticed, it is now for the buyer to see whether he wants d device and maybe demand for a reduction from the seller.

But this case has been settled I guess, doesn't seem like a big deal
Maybe it got damaged during propagation.
Chisom should have told d buyer to hold on then reach out to Daaz, that would have been d best approach

bamac:
Well, for someone like me who is used to transfer from my side to customers and vise versa knows Fridays is not a too good day for transfer as it might not enter till Monday. I have had several issues like that.

Exactly bro
Fridays are the worst days to do transfers
Almost all my bank issues happen on Fridays

TroubleMaker47:
Damn!
No offence but how old are u?
Even my kid cousin would tell that it's a forged alert!
1) full account no,
2) she uses fcmb yet gtb transfer appeared,
3) the amount don't add up
4) account balance are RARELY whole numbers, fractions must occur!
The entire format is JUST WRONG!!!
Too bad u wia a neophyte and she preyed on u.

That alert isn't fake bro, I wish I could attach my alerts so u will see its genuine
I don't tink basira is a scammer
I really dont get why this thread went to front page already

greensandy:
I think you can apprehend the culprit through the account number and his/her bvn.

My case has been settled bro
The guy called me to say he was refunded
Has a good heart

wildchild1:
Really? Zenith? Wow, I'm just hearing this for the first time. I've been using Zenith Mobile platform for roughly 7 years or so and it's been close to perfect. Check with your nearest branch

I went to zenith, they printed out the details and asked if I got email, I said I did, they said the problem is from access bank, I went to access and they said it's from them, access bank started misbehaving since they merged with diamond bank, for now zenith ain't guilty, I just dey wait till Monday before I go cause scene for access bank.

Dannys85:
Not GTbank.That alert is fake

Gt bank displays full account details
Don't u get, that is the alert that she got, it's not wrong to show me my acct number Na
I use gt and all my alert I get when I pay to someone shows my acct number
If she uses an app, it shows part of her name but if it's short code, it shows ussd

If u Look at the msg well, u will see she cut out d msg from a thread of msgs
This is to confirm its d same thread she has been getting alert on
I really don't think op was scammed

These days eh, Na cash or Wait till I move ur money to another acct after receiving alert

I think phone courtesy demands that the receiver says 'hello' 1st also stating his first name to assure the caller that the call reached the intended recipient. E.g, 'Hello! calddon on the speaking'

But the fear of the unknown wont let us Nigerians apply it.

Lol

bayo2018:

Banks are really messed up these days, I feel they all should be fined

That my case I stated earlier on this thread, I was about shouting scam up and down till I called the guy and he said he didn't know the money reversed

As I'm talking to u, I transferred money from my zenith to my access bank account since Thursday 11pm, iv not received the money till now and it hasn't reversed and no be small money o, our banking system is just messed up

This one weak me...
SMS alert ,, did you confirm via bank app..??

No o
It's a bank issue
Thank God the guy that paid me is a good person, it was a Friday and I couldn't do anything till monday, he later sent d money.
On a norms, that money don go cos I didn't even have d buyers number, his number was on d phone I sold, and I wiped it and gave him

wildchild1:
One thing i noticed about reversal is that the money doesnt get to the destination. Forget all those debit alert buyers send, some of them are very fraudulent. So if you sent me money, i will have to get a credit alert at my own end, and also proceed to my online banking platform to re-affirm it.

Bro
Someone transferred money from Polaris Bank to my zenith accts
I got alert, he left, the money reversed and my money went back to its initial sum
Nigerian banks are messed up

kendrick93:
just rewatched Jim Carrey 1997 classic movie- Liar liar.
hands down one the greatest comedies ever..
Jim Carrey deserved an Oscar for this performance.no CGI, no voiceovers, just pure comedy done by a professional.
I've never laughed so hard like I did watching this..
If u haven't seen this movie,then u are missing
