DipoDee:
Maybe a self con apt should suffice since she can't pay your price. Well, at what price and have you considered the kinda apartment she'll be getting for any amount less than that? Think about additional charges that will come along with, maintenance... Well, I hope you find what you looking for... |

DipoDee: She has seen the link already, she knows the area very well.. but she said she can't pay 220k for a shared flat.
Any plan to reduce the price? Nope! I think an "unshared" flat will be more affordable o, what do you think? |

DipoDee: Hi bobopupa, my younger cousin needs space...She is alone in Naija and got a job around Ikota.
Is she save with you? lol. I won't assume that cos she's your younger sister, she's a little girl. If she's old enough to work, i can bet she's old enough to take care of herself . You can share the link with her since she's in naija let her see first if it works for her... |

Hey all, I need a flatmate to occupy the vacant room in my two bedroom apartment in Sango-Tedo just around Wabash Hotel. This is barely a 5 minute drive from Abraham Adesanya roundabout and let's say on a good day 10mins from Ajah Round About. So it'll be Ideal for those working in the Lekki-Ajah axis. - The bedroom is quite spacious and has a bath and toilet en suite. - The sitting room's furnished (at least with a DSTV and Big Screen TV, there's space to throw in a Jacuzzi in the middle if you like that kinda thing ). - The kitchen's also quite spacious too with a basic amenities (Washing Machine, water dispenser). The House doesn't lack maintenance and you'll only be tuning the room to taste. - We enjoy a relatively good Power Supply and there's a sizable generator for times when NEPA/PHCN (abeg na NEPA jor) choose to show themselves. - We also have good water supply, flowing inside the house. - The compound's quite large with ample parking space(should you own a car). Ideal candidate for this space is a working class person (Male/ Female) - preferably employed (if self employed, would be nice to know and see what you got going). I'm a graphic designer/Front-End Web Dev and would be nice to have an IT (programmer, developer etc) inclined Flat Mate (So we can birth the next big thing ). Plenty talk... Price - 220k Available - December
So if this seems like what you want - drop me a line. Did i forget to mention, you don't have to deal with all the agents hassles and stupid fees - Just 220k and your housing wahala is settled!!! Don't forget to share with a friend

That's the kind of lie they'd bring up so that government and people would care and give the baby attention to raise their poor lives. [/color] sometimes, it's not their making that they're poor. Food for thought... |

Christianity Etc › Re: Pope US Visit Proves Nigerian Pastors Wrong!!! by Bobopupa: 9:28am On Oct 04, 2015 |
TrajansKong: I SAY AGAIN!!
This is not the African Way. The Pope is wrong. How can we respect him as a man of God if he travels amongst the common people? How can we glorify one who does not glorify himself? He is a messenger of God!! He should reflect God's power accordingly. We do not exalt those on our own level. A true pastor must SHOW he is above us in every way.
The Vatican has billions and BILLIONS in precious metals and stones but this pope does not display any of this for us to admire. If we cannot SEE and admire a man's power and wealth how can we follow him and give unto his glory?
This pope is a disgrace to Christianity. A man of God cannot be humble. He must be mighty as God is mighty.Fly your private jet, Papa Oyedepo! Wear your Rolex, Papa Adeboye. Wear your Armani suits Pastor Daniel! We cannot judge you as we judge ourselves. You are truly men of God. Our spiritual and earthly masters! huh |

I go to Lagos once every month and the only change I see around since May is different pictures on every billboard which are changed constantly. I was wondering is he competing with 2 face on popularity or he has been signed by GLO as ambassador. lol
To be frank he needs to step up with governance. which Lagos are u referring to and what Billboards have been changing since May |

lurther: This people don't know that igbos are wise.
I can still vividly remember how fashola demolished tejuosho market at yaba to build a shopping mall all in the name of Reconstruction.
It is almost 2years they have finished building and commisioned that tejuosho market. Infact, they have commisioned it 3 times, yet the place is empty, desolate and rottening. Make yoruba traders go collect the shop na. I always laugh anytime I pass there, you will see girls dancing while music is being played, begging igbo men to come collect shop.
Hahahahahahah!!! They should continue to demolish all the markets, no problem. They will demolish and demolish and demolish till they realize that there is no more revenue to collect.
I implore my igbo brothers to go start a huge motor parts market in the south-east were the whole of africa can come an patronise them, like how innoson located his motor plant in Nnewi. All this petty actions by the yorubas could turn out to be a blessing to Ndigbo at the long run, while they loose out totally.
Please, my people go to tejuosho market today... they are just paying security there for nothing, over 2years now. We don get sense. Supported. |

BTW there is nothing "Nigerian" about that doodle apart from the colours, Noting that is peculiar to our culture. How many times have you ever seen an eagle in Nigeria self. They should change it, It looks like a logo for a brand of soap or milk. www.nairaland.com/attachments/1747553_nigeriagoogle_jpeg4268bd9cb89974d3ac58b6df6f42ec2a Happy independence day BTW. are u sure about this? |

whirlwind7: Perhaps i'm not hip or "current" or suave enough, but I still think that dude in blue suit (3rd pic) with folded pants leg looks totally childish and uncouth. Yeah, above the ankle and tight fitting pants (trousers) are fashionable once more, but trying to pull off that look by folding his pants suit makes him appear like a tout. Couldn't agree more! |

bxcode: Sir, if you own a cooperation for an instance and your subordinates are rebelling against you despite all your efforts to have a cordial and personal relationship with them even after they disobeyed an injunction you gave them when you employed them, you have the power to sack them but didn't, still loved and cared for them and even sacrificed your position and came down to their level to show them what's best for them, hoping that that they will make the right choices without you compelling them and forcing them without any choice of their own, but with a definite day of judgement in mind to judge all them, according tho those that accepted your sacrifice for them and those that refused it vehemently, would you fold your hands and watch everything you have built be tumbled over by some rebellious workers and not do something to put an end to the decay that their rebellion has brought about? - - - > Succinct! |
