Hey all,

I need a flatmate to occupy the vacant room in my two bedroom apartment in Sango-Tedo just around Wabash Hotel. This is barely a 5 minute drive from Abraham Adesanya roundabout and let's say on a good day 10mins from Ajah Round About. So it'll be Ideal for those working in the Lekki-Ajah axis.

- The bedroom is quite spacious and has a bath and toilet en suite.

- The sitting room's furnished (at least with a DSTV and Big Screen TV, there's space to throw in a Jacuzzi in the middle if you like that kinda thing ).

- The kitchen's also quite spacious too with a basic amenities (Washing Machine, water dispenser). The House doesn't lack maintenance and you'll only be tuning the room to taste.

- We enjoy a relatively good Power Supply and there's a sizable generator for times when NEPA/PHCN (abeg na NEPA jor) choose to show themselves.

- We also have good water supply, flowing inside the house.

- The compound's quite large with ample parking space(should you own a car).

Ideal candidate for this space is a working class person (Male/ Female) - preferably employed (if self employed, would be nice to know and see what you got going).

I'm a graphic designer/Front-End Web Dev and would be nice to have an IT (programmer, developer etc) inclined Flat Mate (So we can birth the next big thing ).

I go to Lagos once every month and the only change I see around since May is different pictures on every billboard which are changed constantly. I was wondering is he competing with 2 face on popularity or he has been signed by GLO as ambassador. lol

I can still vividly remember how fashola demolished tejuosho market at yaba to build a shopping mall all in the name of Reconstruction.

It is almost 2years they have finished building and commisioned that tejuosho market. Infact, they have commisioned it 3 times, yet the place is empty, desolate and rottening. Make yoruba traders go collect the shop na. I always laugh anytime I pass there, you will see girls dancing while music is being played, begging igbo men to come collect shop.

Hahahahahahah!!! They should continue to demolish all the markets, no problem. They will demolish and demolish and demolish till they realize that there is no more revenue to collect.

I implore my igbo brothers to go start a huge motor parts market in the south-east were the whole of africa can come an patronise them, like how innoson located his motor plant in Nnewi. All this petty actions by the yorubas could turn out to be a blessing to Ndigbo at the long run, while they loose out totally.

Please, my people go to tejuosho market today... they are just paying security there for nothing, over 2years now. We don get sense.

Very different from the last one, what's with the eagle? Compare to this a year ago....Wow! time fly so fast. BTW there is nothing "Nigerian" about that doodle apart from the colours, Noting that is peculiar to our culture. How many times have you ever seen an eagle in Nigeria self. They should change it, It looks like a logo for a brand of soap or milk.

funny, I'm a survivor of head-on ramming! I musta been 2/3 then. Still have an almost faded scar on ma forehead... dunno how i got there or how i was rushed away... but i remember it was a really crowded arena and i was watching from between bigger/older people's legs... I've had quite some head injuries mhen but none with any serious damage. U can call me a strong head
