What are you editing and retrieving after submission, is it ds160 form and when was that before I say something?

If it's last 1-2 months maybe that's a new policy but if it's more than that no one ever submitted ds160 then retrieve and edit it. You can only retrieve the confirmation page

untick the organization name and type in your school name, the fill in the school address on your I-20. The address you typed there is in a wrong format. You're not typing it corectly. Send me a PM let me guide you.

Brotherly, have you used the DS 160 to book appointment?
If not abeg just forget that one and start a new application cos u are suppose to fill all the details in there ie both the name of the contact person and the school name which is the organization name.

I think the contact person name is meant for a relative or friend hence the question for relationship with contact person.
If the contact person is a relative or friend, you can go ahead to fill it in (which automatically means you do not know the organisation name as it's no longer necessary) and then put your relationship with the person as well as his or her address.

But if you want to use your school address, you don't need to put any particular person name, hence you are meant to tick "I do not know" under the contact person name box. If you do that, the organisation name box will be active for you to fill in the name of the school.... and then fill in the school street address and city. ( note this might mean you won't fill in the box for " relationship with contact person" anymore).
