Hi guys please I have a few questions to ask

I recently received an ADR for Newborn and I was given 30 days to upload the necessary documents, the issue now is my newborn's passport is going to take longer than usual because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Should I go ahead an fill the IM 0008 form and leave the part of passport details blank for my newborn and upload it that way with an LOE and upload all the documents I have ready in the provided placeholder (birth certificate and receipt of fees)OR should I send them a webform asking them if I should wait till the passport is ready before uploading anything?

The part where they ask for document number on the IMM0008 form, what should I fill in because it wont be validated if the space is blank

If they ask me for my newborn's documents does this mean my eligibility has been processed or is in processing?

If i applied as a family of 3 and my POF already covers a family of 4, am I still required to provide the same POF?
In the ADR I got, It said an updated POF for the new family member is required but I had already uploaded the required amount for a family of 4 at the time of submission

a. If you are married before ITA, no that's misrepresentation.

b. If you get married after ITA but before AOR, your points will be recalculated and will drop.

c. If you get married after AOR, you can add anytime even after getting PPR/COPR without points drop. The only thing is if it is after PPR, your application will be opened for processing again.

2 points though:
i . You are advised to report your family composition change ie. marriage as soon as it happens.
ii. I've read of getting a thorough 1-page questionnaire ADR after adding the spouse to explain when and how he met his spouse with evidence. So I think it might be best not to marry too close to AOR.

Hi...I had a closely related issue this time last year. If you can still log into your WES US account-i mean if you can recall either the password or username,send a mail to WES US to transfer your documents to WES CANADA for IMMIGRATION purpose; exercise patience as it may take a while before you get a response.You would be informed when your file has been transferred to WES CANADA from WES US.However,I do not know if you would still need to send your waec result as I did mine last year. DONT BE IN A HURRY;I WAS AND I SPENT ALMOST A YEAR TO COMPLETE WES EVALUATION.

Thank you. However, it is my WAEC that needs evaluation. Will the situation be different if it needs to be confirmed by WAEC

Go to Ece.org, fill out an application, choose the category you want, make payment, submit, then buy a WAEC scratch card scan or snap it and send it to them attaching your WAEC result via email. No need for verification or confirmation by WAEC. They do the confirmation themselves by using the scratch card you send to them to check your result online. They complete the evaluation within 10-12 biz days. But takes about 3-4 biz days to get to the school you intend sending it to. Good luck

I know it would not be the same. Maybe attaching the old and new passport registered with the same name can be used. Was thinking that can be an option.

Hello everyone, pls can one use the number on an expired passport to pay for visa fee before u get a new one? I believe the passport number will be needed while paying visa fee

ECE will be much easier given that you won't have to bother going to waec office.. They will do the evaluation with just you providing waec scratch to ECE.

Hello everyone, please I need some info about evaluation of WAEC transcripts.

1) Is WES or ECE preferable?
2) How long does it take the preferred one to complete the evaluation?
3) Is a course by course evaluation necessary for a WAEC transcript? The school did not specify this that’s why I am asking.

Funny I just checked it out recently for someone.

It is $1,878 per semester (12 credits) for international students. Quite affordable.

In addition to this, you would be required to pay about $1450 for insurance which is compulsory and can't be bought from any other company only if you are on some kind of scholarship. The total would be adding up to about $3k. All the best!

A female-friend of mine booked her flight for the same earliest travel date(July 23) on her i20, , her school resumes on August 22 (orientation)
is she safe or she should reschedule her flight.
i told her not to worry that she is covered but she insisted to hear from Nairalanders.
( she planned to resume that early; to learn some skills needed for her program organised in the school holding on the 26th of July, to sort out accommodation and other things)

It's ok bro my own panic sef pass this one that time. Start date on my i20 was August 10, although, orientation and registration date wasn't until Aug 22 or so. I travelled July 13 and arrived July 14 or there about, and my POE was just like say I just waka enter. U shld b fine. The koko is make sure the day you are entering the USA and the start date on your i20 is not more than 30 days... But I made sure I called the grad cord and also emailed her about my schedule and where I would be at a certain period, not sure they called her but I think your friend shld do that too...Safe travels!
