First me need to know what state u presently reside? i sent some goods last month to Nigeria , (12 laptops , Black berry phones, shoes, perfumes et atall) using a Nigerian shipping agent based here ,(this is the 3rd time am sending thruough them) and they all got to n9ja safely. , All he charges is weight of the goods shekenah! But if u have to use Usps or Fedex, u wil be charged extra,

      i have been going through ur previous posts ,and i commend u on the valuable information u have been giving to us, However  the following questions needs answers and your professional advice,

Am currently in American on a 2years B1/B2 visa which expires in less than four months time.Now should i fly back to Nigeria to Renew the visa, what are my chances? Am over 30yrs  of age and am still "SINGLE", besides the 2 usa visas on my passport (a J1  6months student work visa AND B1/b2 visa) were issued to me when i was a student in Europe,

    However, this is the 3rd time of my coming to America and i have never overstayed. U may want to ask me if i have closer ties to Nigeria than the european country where i got  the visa, well "YES", i have closer ties to Nigeria in that i spent the whole of last yr in Nigeria besides my family has a landed property in form of a hospitality bizness (with the value of the Bizness, land and Building at over #60m)which i run with my mum.

    In Addition to this, i have bought 3 Cars, about 20 computers(from Ebay) and phones which i have sent to Nigeria, (all recepts intact)
 
   PLs what are your advise? my friend here intends to send me invitation letter, do i need any other document from him apart from this?

   Also if i do go to book for appointment and interview say next month,Is it going to take long for interview to be conducted?,

Am currently in usa on a B1/B2 tourist,Business visa.It expires in the next couple of months. i actually got the visa while i was a student back in Europe. Now am thinking of going back to nigeria ,lagos to be precise for a renewal.(before it expires) This is actually my 3rd time in America and am single ,

Pls am asking for your advise nairalanders, what are my chances? I have heard how ruthless the American embassy is in lagos,

Do i go back home and renew it or do i go for "shola shola"(arrange myself ) here?

For the records i have a 6 months American work visa(expired) and A 2yr B1/b2 VISA on my passport, and 2 other visas ,

I ALSO HAVE RECEPTS FOR CARS,PHONES LAPTOPS AND EVEN AN E-BAY YELLOW STAR CERTIFICATE(usually given to pple who buy lots of stuff on ebay),

Note:am still single but i have evidence of landed property in form of a bizness which i run with my mum, pls i need advise ohhh

         i have more ties to Nigeria more than the country where the usa visa was issued. Infact after my studies,i left the european country to the usa with a 2yr B1/B2 visa(my 2nd time of going there,) spent about 3months and flew straight to Nigeria where i spent the whole of last year staying. In addition to this,i worked in usa the 1st time i went there with a 6month work visa, ( so i have an expired social security number).

    i do buy cars,computers and phones each time i come to usa ,infact i showed the border officers at the point of entry some of the receipts,and he stamped my passport and wrote B1( bizness class, even though i told him i was coming for visit and bizness).

   I also have a landed property in Nigeria which i run with my mum, i feel i can provide bank statement of about 1.5m and about $5000, so pls whts your advice? (am single dont forget)


   Also ,would i need an invitation letter too if i were to renew it?
