Inasmuch as I support this move, what of the funding. The states that are owing workers salaries up to 8 months, how can they help in this regard

Nigeria met with stiffer circumstances during the post Civil War era and it was tending towards Depression but it took the efforts of the brilliant minded trained lawyer, Chief Obafemi Awolowo to steer Nigeria out of Financial Collapse. Once no excuse will be tenable, Buhari should learn from the stable of the greats.
