I don’t do private anymore, maybe after ilr (my eye see small shege when I was made redundant, since then I’ve promised myself not to go the private route).

Sure, you can ask them for question as well, but make sure you inform them well ahead and probably a reminder a day to.
Thank you.

Yes I ask for all interviews. It helps clarify my thoughts processes and because I always have notes with me, it means I can at a glance pick out which examples are suitable.
I appreciate this. Thanks.

I’ve asked interviewer twice last year to type out the question and paste during online interview.

Normally make the request before the interview date so that they are prepared.

Do you make the request for interview questions from both government and private companies?

Answer all questions from a behavioural perspective.
The questions will be along the lines of; Give us an example of when you have …. Or the team/ the role does …. Give an example of

Your responses should follow the STARR format
Situation – This was happening, we had a project, my employer needed…
Task – The team was asked to…I was the project manager and part of my remit was to…
Action – I took these steps (lay out the steps, who you worked with, who you collaborated with) What, Where, How and What. Tools you used, skills you utilised (link to job and person spec)
Result – Use numbers, facts, figures, data (impact to the team, org and project
Reflection – What would you do differently next time? Why – Link to impact on team, org and project

Use ‘I’ statements rather than we or the team.

Find the Trust values and objectives (will be on their website) and work them into your Action/Result/Reflection responses.

Emphasise collaboration, seeking and providing guidance/ direction, taking initiative, requestion and taking onboard feedback from stakeholders.

Band 6 is the first rung of leadership in the NHS so have that in mind when planning your responses – how you show leadership. Think of leadership styles (collaborative being the best)

Read up on the NHS People Plan as well. Aim to spend about 5-6 minutes on each question. You’ll get between 6 and 9 questions. Do some rehearsals so your responses flow well.

Take time to think through your responses. Make and take notes with you.

I always ask for the questions to be printed out and handed to me for a face-to-face interview so ask. It helps to remind me of the points I need to hit. I now as a rule print out interview questions for all applicants when we interview.

Good luck and go smash it!
Do you make the request for interview questions from both government and private companies?

I HOPE I WILL GET A RESPONSE.

Abeg, where I fit get Zobo leaves in the UK? I started working Night shifts in the UK and it has been very hard for me to sleep during the day.

I barely get 2hrs of sleep daily. I believe drinking Zobo will help
I used to suffer from insomnia. So, If you can't find zobo, just get cucmber that has been in the fridge for 12hrs or more. When you are ready to sleep, cut out two slices and place on your eyelids. You should start feeling drowsy within 15mins. Remove the cucumber when sleep don enter your body, cos it made my eyes red and puffy at times when i slept off and forgot to remove them till the next day. I con look like person wey dey jonze the next day grin. Hope it helps you too.

It's worse than the time I posted it. The vomiting is even more intense. I'm tired.
I went through theasme thing and had to be hospitalized once a week. I can't even start telling you how bad it was for me. I was given anti-sickness drug that i used before meal. Also, try taking oat-no sugar-make it runny, add little powdered milk. It really helped me. and irish potato-boiled till very very soft. Don't take fruit, beans or juice, makes it worst. I pray it helps.

Male actors interested

Should be 18+
Gbola must be big
And you must have a nice macho physique.
You must reside in lasgidi
You must show a HIV test result to prove you got no aids
You must be ready to act raw without condom as well

An advice
I think you should have a standard clinic or laboratory that will conduct HIV and other STDs tests specifically for your company. They will then send the result to your company mail. This is because Nigerians can be funny, they will just be submitting fake lab results.
In addition, you should conduct these test regularly (maybe every 3months) on your models, most importantly those that will be involved in the flesh to flesh categories.

The gifted hands a Ben Carson story is a solid 10/10 for me.

Funny enough i was discussing about medical series with Swiftz and bolagabriella yesterday and today i got to watch a very wonderful and beautiful medical movie.
Total inspirational and motivational, i really don't know where to start from, so many great and beautiful things to write about the movie.

Bolagabriella you said i should let you know if i see a new medical series, well there You have it, go and download The gifted hands a Ben Carson story and watch, you will absolutely love it, infact it's the perfect movie for you since you are a medical student.
Swiftz have you watch it?

I watched the gifted hands movie a long time ago and yeah it was a beautiful story.

It's a good series. But they started killing off people's favs
Yeah they did. The recent season is mellow but enjoyable. I watch it just to relax.
Transplant seems like it will be interesting though I've only watched the first season. Waiting for like 4 or 5 season then binge watch. Drama series are best enjoyed that way.

Have you seen virgin river?
It's a good drama series too.

PS: Yellowstone is very captivating, it's a drama series but based on ranchers.

I loved Devious maids!!!!! I don't know why they cancelled that series.
One of the best.
I hate when good series are canceled. I usually wait till the series reach season 3 or 4 before I binge watch. Na the second day after I binged devious maids it was canceled...I was just cursing them.
I miss the "Mr Spence..."

I've not seen good drama series since covid except virgin river.

With the addition of the good wife, devious maids and suits.

So based on bolagabriella's review up there on grey anatomy and the series will take a toll on you emotionally.
I decided to look it up and watch maybe season 1 and see if i can continue.
first i saw 2005 as when season 1 was released, i paused for a moment because majority of all these old series ain't clear enough like real HD so i say well let me just Download regardless until i saw what made me to shout "God forbid bad thing" guess what, i saw season 18 that was released this year.
and immediately i canceled my ongoing download of season 1.
nor be me una waste his life on top series.
season 18? i reject it in the name of JESUS.

When i started watching it, it was 13 seasons. I didn't watch it when my lecturer told us to cos the seasons were too long. He told us to watch grey anatomy and contagion then. I only watched contagion cos we were given assignments on the epidemiology of the virus.
Anyway, after i graduated, i was looking for a long drama series i can binge watch while waiting for nysc call up, so i decided to download and watch.
I remember I downloaded only season 1, the quality i saw then was a trun off too but I went ahead to download. I remember finishing watching season 1 arond 1 in the night. Omo na so i no sleep, i go wake my brother to pls borrow me his glo sim, he was so pissed at me but i didn't care. I collected sim, downloaded season 2 before 5am and started watching, that was the way i did for a whole week without much sleep till i reach season 13 then i stopped.

I intend watching at least 5 season of the series.. I recently gained admission into med college and I think this kind of series will help boost my morale.

The series was recommended to us in class by my virology lecturer in 300L but it wasn't the medical aspect of it that hooked me up grin

Hello series lovers. cool

Would you advise me to start Grey Anatomy now..
As in start all the way from Season 1..

Or is it that type of series that you can start from anywhere and still get the hang of it?

Or better still can you recommend any great medical series..

I have a couple in mind.

*Chicago Meds.
*New Amsterdam.
*Good Doctor.
*The residents.
Grey anatomy is the best in my opinion. Start from the first season in order to enjoy it.
Add transpant to the list.

Hope you are ready for grey anatomy sha...cos once you start, you won't be able to stop watching till you finish that season. Then once you finish that season, you won't be able to think of anything else except starting the next season. Grey anatomy will take a toll on you emotionally.

Gbam!!!!! all what you have said it's exactly what i do most of the times.
I just go online and download series randomly and in doing that, i have watch lots of wonderful series that ain't even mentioned or talked about in This thread.
there is one i am following now, it's called Two summers and it's very interesting.
Your generalization assumption, like someone said, is partially wrong. The fact that what goes on in this thread doesn't work for you doesn't make it right to criticize it. Some years back I tried your method of downloading series randomly and I ended up wasting my data. It's probably cos I'm not good at fishing out the good ones but does that gives me the right to criticize this your method or people who uses it? No. Afterwards, I found the series and movie thread and it has been a data saver. Sure, I have to deal with some comments about genre's I don't watch, immature people who don't know difference between series and movie thread and just comment on both, korean series lovers etc. I guess you just lack the tolerance and patience this thread and social media requires.
If you really are matured like you claim, you would have just dropped your review about these interesting series you claim to have watched over the years for people like me and not resort to insulting the wise ones who have been doing so so far.

Being a vampire doesn't put you above the law. I remember the case of one vampire that was fined in the UK for buying & drinking elven blood while underage. The legal age for drinking elven blood in the UK is 200 years.

Some vamps are vulnerable to gunfire. Also the person could've forgot they weren't packing silver or wooden bullets and just fired out of desperation. Most rookies in anti-vampire task forces usually make this mistake, according to CNN reports on Europe and South Asia.

It depends on the race really. Had this vampire friend who could run at massively hypersonic speeds but couldn't fly. He said flying vampires were common in mountainous regions where they evolved to traverse those areas easily.
I almost (98%) believed what you said until i saw the "vampire friend" in statement 3 and i burst into laugh. Kudos! You almost got me. Just imagining what your expression was like when you were typing this Was it with a straight or corny face grin
