This is no laughing matter, this is a very serious issue, as it has been revealed to me by the Irunmole/pleroma, this is no joke, There is a disaster coming, Thank God the Nigerian Meteorological center has been issuing out flood warnings for the past couple of weeks, but the flood disaster about to happen will be unprecedented, I urge all my fellow nairalanders living in Coastal regions to relocate as soon as they can to higher grounds, as there will be no saving grace for people who are caught unawares by the flood, please take what I am saying seriously, if you are staying close to the sea or Rivers evacuate yourselves and your families to higher grounds. Why do the Ibos constantly seek to assert themselves on other Nigerians? These and many other questions are what most Nigerians are asking in their hearts, why can't the Ibos be content? Are the Ibos suffering more than the people of the Niger Delta, whose environments have been degraded and their sources of livelihood destroyed over the years by oil exploration? The Ibos have proved yet again that they can not produce a Nigerian President, and to be honest, I think it would take a very long time before the Ibos can produce a President in this country, the ibos are the most Tribal Ethnic Group in Nigeria, and it is because of the Ibos that Nigeria has not developed much since independence, because of their constant retrogressive activities, if Nigeria had not fought a civil war, Nigeria would have developed faster than we have developed, and now in this modern age of reasoning the Ibos have come again, like spoilt children, clamoring to kill all Non Ibos living in The "Zoo" called Nigeria. But the truth Is this, the rest of Nigeria has now seen the Ibos for who they are, and they are nothing but selfish and arrogant people, and if it'll take president buhari in sending the Military to the east to quell this current Insurgency brewing there, then I support it wholeheartedly, because the Ibo people clamoring for a Republic of Biafra, are Deluded, and disillusioned, maybe the Nigerian Army can help wake them from their Delusion. Another major reason the war went the way it did was TIMING. The third reason was that Ojukwu was very trusting, and felt that people will behave in gentlemanly manners at all times.
TIMING :- Ojukwu did not have the luxury of choosing when the war started. It was thrust on him and he had no choice.
OJUKWU TOO TRUSTING:- This caused the Biafran cause some damage.
1. Because he trusted the north he encouraged Igbos to return to the north after the first pogrom
2. Because he trusted Nigeria, that was why he allowed northern military personnel to depart the east with their weapons
3. Because he trusted the system, that was why he didnt convert all the monies in his domain to dollars when he had the ample time
4. Because he trusted the west, that was why he released Awolowo and let him return rather than snuffing the life out of him. Eventually, the decision not to kill Awolowo in prison came to haunt Biafra in terms of starvation as a weapon of war, and the twenty pounds policy innthe aftermath of the war
5. Because he trusted the west that was why he allowed a Yoruba to be in charge of an expedition force that should have been headed by a core Biafran. A core Biafran officer like Ivenso or Archibong or even Achuzia would have moved with lightning speed to Lagos and intimidate the crap out of Gowon, but he gave it to a political soldier with complex loyalties who destroyed the intention.

Now the situation on ground now is totally different from what was the case in the late 60s.
The Nigerian government is not in the position to determine when any war starts. If anything, Kanu and his people have the total say as to when any shooting war starts.
Secondly, Kanu prefers seeing things in BLACK and WHITE. He realises that there is no unified southern Nigeria, which was Ojukwu's major flaw.
In fact, Kanu does not hide his loathing for Yorubas, our southern neighbours, thus closing the door to any possibility of Yoruba betrayal of Biafra. Right from the onset he is viewing the west as enemies, especially after the starvations, £20policy and the latest being the Yoruba betrayal of GEJ at the polls a few months ago.
Thirdly, the SS is not as antagonistic to Biafra now, as they were in the sixties
Quite a number of other changes. So the situation now is totally different.

Personally I prefer a judicial approach than any war I.e if Nigeria is not restructured
