Miss Linda Ikeji, it is because that I respect you and I read your Blog that is why I am taking my time to write this, I don't know if you are going to see this, but to your numerous readers who will see this, I hope they do the needful and warn you, to be careful, gone are the days of Impunity on the part of media outlets, things have changed, because Nigerians voted for Change and the change is here to stay, this is only the beginning, do not play with Fire, this social media bill you are trying to fight will be passed into law before you even know it, and from the way things are looking, you might be one of the very first People who would likely fall victim to this new law, do not joke with Nigerian politics and Nigerian politicians, and do not feel that you can fight against Nigerian politicians and win, do not listen to people like the loud mouthed Oby Ezekwesili and the other selfish Nigerian Aristocrats who are bad mouthing this bill, you are playing with fire if you think your blog can stop the Nigerian Senate from enacting laws that would help to discipline Nigerians, the more you support these People who are against this bill the more you are fanning the embers of fire, and you are going to get burned badly, do you want to lose your newly bought house? Or do you want to lose your cars and all the monies you have? I think not, so be careful, there is a new Political party in Nigeria, and there is a new President in this country, lest you forget, Our president was once a former military dictator, and he is still an Authoritarian, a lot of people are going to be sent to Jail in the coming months, be wise, lest you become one of them, a word is enough for the wise.

First of all, I don't blame you, because the real issue is that Nigeria is dysfunctional and hence people want to make and support this law. There are laws against defamation. My dad took a colleague to court on charges of defamation in the 80s. If you genuinely feel that your reputaion has been tarnished then go to court. The problem is that Nigeria is tarnished including the police and judiciary and that makes the accused not ready to take an alleged defamation to court because he himself may not want more details to come out becuase in a real legal system you have to give the defendant information that can incriminate you if you a politician. Yes I believe Nigeria talk trash including vocal support of useless laws and politicians (which I think is more worrisome)but it is their right to tarnish the country. The funny thing about this law is that the history of Nigeria is based on trash talking from Macaulay to Azikiwe, Bello and Awolowo but yet then their medium which was the press was vibrant. Daily times, West African Pilot and even Tribune had real analysis much better than we have now and that was in the 50s. I know because I have been to library of congress for research. and yet the media which publishes real news is actually quite like Nigeria itself tarnish, corrupted and the most worrisome lacks real information and analysis of modern day issues. I will give you an example, there is a 20 page serial on Adaka Boro in 1970 if you do proper research but when I was looking for info on Orkar (1990), some outlets only had columns on him and even a book published on Orkar did not have real info on his background. so this law does not promote any intelligent reporting.

you sound like a learned Individual, so I'll be as straight as I can, I'm not saying that Nigeria is practicing a perfect form of democracy, but who in this world is truly practicing true democracy? Is the Americans or the British? These countries have laws that require their law enforcement agencies to arrest and detain members of the public for months or even years, if they deem it fit that such an individual is using his or her rights as a citizen of their country to spread dangerous information online, and even in most cases, these people are actually innocent of some of these charges, but yet they are taken to secret prison facilities and detained without much as a trial in any of their courts, and these are the countries you're trying to compare us with, Nigeria is not dysfunctional, Nigeria is just a developing country, and it would be laws like this social media bill, that would help to shape the Federal character of this our developing country, the truth is, every citizen should be held accountable for what he or she says, the Government is not putting a lid on freedom of speech, No, rather the Government is trying to make all Nigerians more responsible for what they say online and in public, as most of the problems we face in Nigeria are as a result of false information being circulated by private news outlets and online media outlets, I remember vividly how the online Media outlet Sahara reporters were doing all they could to spread the news about Radio Biafra and it's intentions to balkanize Nigeria, by giving the now Incarcerated Nnamdi Kanu, endless opportunities to rant about his psychotic and treasonable Biafran Agendas, he would always refer to Nigeria as a Zoo on Sahara reporters online tv, it was really obvious that they were being paid to spread the Biafran propaganda, likewise so many other cases, but with a Law like the social media bill, The press would not be used as instruments to undermine the sovereignty of Our nation or be used as tools to defame law abiding and respectable Nigerians.

The proposed Social media bill that is been reviewed by the senate and hopefully will take effect from next year is a welcome development in the affairs of Nigeria, although many Nigerians who are used to spreading malicious propaganda and unverified information online will do all they can to oppose the signing of this bill, but their reservations about the proposed bill, will have no consequence on the outcome of how this will unfold, Linda Ikeji, is a Nigerian Blogger, and she is a good Nigerian, but she is fond of spreading malicious and unverified information online, and a lot of harm has been done to a lot of people because of her use of social media to spread unverified information, and I believe that when this bill is passed into law, she is going to face a lot of challenges, as she would be faced with either going to jail or paying fines, and this would probably be the undoing of her blogging career, hence her constant bad mouthing of the social media bill, the social media bill is not a bad proposal, and it's something that would help to discipline Nigerians, as Nigerians are very used to spreading false information about Government officials and Other citizens at large, and with a law like this, a lot of Nigerians would learn to back up their allegations and claims online with evidence, I welcome this development, and I urge Miss Linda Ikeji, to sit down and try to look for another good business to do, Blogging is not a business, what is she going to do, if the Internet is closed up for business? Would she be able to blog for a living then? Or has she ever considered the possibility that one day, maybe just oneday in the nearest future, that the Internet might be shut down? And when this happens what is she going to do then? Call me a hater or whatever, that is your beans and dodo, but Truth be told, The social Media bill is going to help discipline Nigerians. Linda Ikeji can light her buttocks on fire for all we care, but know this, the bill is going to become law.

The thing that is particularly dangerous about Islam and Christianity is that they each claim exclusive truth; that is, they are the only way to 'god'. That means that they often lead to their followers to attempt to force people to convert and obey, unlike virtually any other religion on the earth.

If we could get away from this evil idea that any one religion has exclusive truth, then we might see less religious conflict.

These two Religions are the current evils facing this world, but very soon they will soon be a thing of the past, The violent and extremist muslims believe that killing of human beings is more honorable than killing of chickens, while on the other hand, the disgusting and hypocritical christians believe that everybody is going to die in hell fire while they will all go to heaven and be singing hossana in the highest, these two set of Religions are the same, they are just different sides of the same coin, everybody knows that muslims are the current bad guys of the world, but the christians are still hiding under the guise of being peaceful, but what is the difference between people who stab you in the front and people who stab you in the back? Nothing, they are both the same set of people, christians are betrayers, take Peter for example, this was someone who claimed he loved his master but betrayed him at the slightest opportunity to prove his loyalty, or is it Judas? Abegi, Let us leave Matter for Mathias, But not to worry very soon these two religions will no longer be existing and their followers can go to the hell they so happily wish others to go to. Honestly, I consider this a waste of my time, but in order to put things on record I am going to say a thing or two about FFK, first and foremost, FFK was born with a silver spoon, and like most people who were born with silver spoons, he really has not experienced life, so I would just consider him, a Child in the real world, and because he is a child in the real world, I'll be gentle with him, I'm not going to abuse him much, although he deserves to be abused thoroughly, but I'll just say that FFK is a nuisance, plain and simple, this is a man that has fallen out of grace, from all he writes and from all the stories I have read about him I can deduce that this man is a Drug user, and at best he is suffering from Bipolar, but either ways this is not a man in his right senses, he is a man who does not know where he stands, this man is not mentally stable, recently he claimed to have slept with Bianca ojukwu tomorrow I believe he is going to claim to have slept with Aisha Buhari, the mouth of this man is a septic tank, and his mind is a " Refuse Bin" and his ability to recycle the wastes that come out from his mind and mouth always result in utter failure, FFK is somebody that really needs to visit The Rehab like Majek, Even Majek Fashek at his most bizarre state of being a Drug addict, was far more mentally superior to FFK, FFK is sure proof that the Nigeria Law school needs to improve on the kind of lawyers it is producing. The Nigeria Law school has to re-evaluate it's standards, because if a mental Delinquent like FFK could come out of there as a Lawyer, then the Nigeria Judiciary is on it's way to destruction, FFK is the foolish version of peter pan, he is never going to grow out of his foolishness, and it's very sad that Ignorant people like Linda Ikeji always put up articles written by the Clown named FFK on her blog, thereby promoting the foolish ideas and philosophies of the Junkie named FFK, well Linda Ikeji is not a wise person, so I'm not surprised, But I believe Enough is enough, FFK is becoming more of a nuisance by the day, today he is supporting Biafra tomorrow who knows he might start sponsoring Boko haram, given the fact that he reasons like a Drug addict. Any body who knows this man should sit him down and talk sense into his head, and if that fails, he should be tied and sent to Yaba left or any other reputable psychiatric home, either in Nigeria or abroad, because I am having a feeling that very soon he is going to claim to have slept with her Excellency Aisha Buhari, and I know that Mr President will not take this lying down, a word is enough for the wise.
