Yet, these are about 70 heads but very useless to the country. No impact, no positive footprint for about one year now.

Take it easy bro. This is my advice. There is nobody out there that gives sure games. If anyone says he does then know he is a scammer.
As for the guy, leave him. He will regret his actions by himself.
