It seems we hold the remote control of their collective destinies, reason they cannot do without mentioning us.
Even Zik had to start his political career under a party formed by Herbert Macaulay, a Yoruba man

[s] Stingman: The FG will only give 10% electricity to the SE. Many industries have folded up or they move to Lagos-Ogun axis...Agbara...where power is concentrated...and some people will be talking about having the biggest IGR...when the government is partial.
We want to take control of our roads, power, education etc, etc... [/s] Oga,
Stop being daft, even here in the centre of Lagos, most offices like mine have standby GENERATORS. So, it's not as if electricity is intentionally concentrated in Lagos and Ogun
Developers bore me with their victim mentalities.
More so, I thought Barth Nnaji and Prof Nebo completed all the power plants in the SE under GEJ. |

Yet to see one outstanding leader from the East over the years.
Even Peter Obi is just overhyped - if he performed that well, his stooge wouldn't have managed just 18% of total votes behind the so much hated APC in the just concluded elections. |

Coscharis rice was commissioned by Buhari?
Are you joking with me right now?
How do you guys manage to get off with all these lies?
Do you think we are 12 yr olds?
[s]Just on the other thread, you folks made fun of igbos that Buhari has never commissioned anything in igbo land cos nothing is going on there..
Only to come out 5hrs later to list projects in the east as Buhari commissioned projects. [/s]
You folks are ridiculous It seems you are really pained?
Check this list, how many projects were commissioned in the East aside Coscharis Rice at Anambra?
You cannot hide one fact that the East has never been an investment destination and will never be until you people go back to develop your region by yourselves.
Stop being pained, developer.

[s] NwaAmaikpe:

This list is a compilation of unintelligent hallucinations.
How can the Federal government list private projects as it's achievements? They forgot to add Ifeanyi Uba Stadium at Nnewi, Davido's Shisha Room or Big Brother Naija 2017.
The Auchi fertilizer plant was built by the Lucky Igbinedion administration in 2003. Two dead machines were bought, the building repainted and a jobless Osinbanjo came down to commission a non-functional block the size of a boy's quarters?
None of those factories have contributed positively to the overall lives of Nigerians. I stand to be corrected. [/s] Were you not taught capitalism as a form of economic system?

Yesterday and today, Aisha Buhari and other Nigerians (as the picture provides) were in Ogun state to declare open Petrolex
However, at the region of the DEVELOPERS, Zuma and Sirleaf came to commission statutes

Politics › I Never Said Aid Benin Owned Lagos – Oba Akiolu by Bolustical(op): 10:41am On Dec 12, 2017 |
The Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, on Monday said he never said that the Benin people owned Lagos. The monarch spoke in Victoria Island, Lagos, at the launch of “Defend the Defenseless”, a book written by Arese Carrington, wife of a former U.S. ambassador to Nigeria, Walter Carrington. Mr. Akiolu was reacting to controversies generated by his earlier remarks that the developmental strides being witnessed in Lagos State was because of the blessings given to it by a past Oba of Benin. The comment generated debates in the media with many contesting the monarch’s position. In a recent interview with PUNCH, Sammy Adebiyi, a prince of the Akinsemoyin Ruling House of Lagos, who is contesting rights to the throne of Oba of Lagos, said that the Awori are the original owners of Lagos. Mr. Adebiyi added that neither the Benin (then called Bini) nor the Yoruba owned Lagos. Apparently making reference to reactions generated by his earlier comments, Mr. Akiolu on Monday took shots at those who criticised him, saying many of them are not “bonafide sons of Lagos.” The monarch promised to reply his critics by next year when he begins celebration of his 15th year on the throne as king. “I never said Bini owned Lagos… but the influence of the Oba of Benin, nobody can wash it away in Lagos,” he said. “You must have been reading many things in the newspapers. By the grace of God Almighty Allah, next year when I begin to celebrate my 15th anniversary, they will know the kind of person Oba Akiolu is.” The monarch also commended the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, saying nobody can stop him in his political aspirations. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-west/252183-i-never-said-benin-owned-lagos-oba-akiolu.htmlMyndd44, lalasticlala, python, donvikings, kn23h
