I'm sure democracy is intact and no longer in danger right now that the PDP has won.

Same people who few weeks ago called Tanko, PMB and the judiciary at large unprintable names after the Imo judgement are the ones jubilating on Bayelsa issue.

So-called democrats who only respect the decisions of the various institutions when it pleases them alone.

They are working so hard to gather points they'd consider enough to curry the Eastern votes in 2023.

But hey, I think I need to remind us that the Second Niger bridge was commissioned as Public Private Partnership Project.

What that means, as I remember president GEJ saying then, is that once the govt pays it's counterpart fund for the project, which Jonathan did, the project will go on irrespective of who is in power.

That's the truth they don't want us to remember.

Amotekun has come to stay, it is long overdue.

However, the SW Governors should do the proper thing by backing it up with laws in their respective Houses of Assembly.

We can't be talking about the rule of law and still be supporting something that isn't backed by the law.

But their subjects are more interested in Sanwo-Olu, Ganduje, Tinubu and El-Rufai.

All these are still traceable to leadership failure. If there is stable power supply and good public transport system, the effects of fuel price increase or scarcity won't be felt much. An alternative will be to board public transportation which is even cheaper if somebody can't afford fuel price increase. You won't even need generators to power homes and businesses if power is stable. These are reasons why Nigerians are so dependent on fuel- to power generator and for transportation. If govt can solve these two problems, even if govt increase fuel prices to N1,000 per litre, most Nigerians will not complain.

It's obvious you don't know that the fuel scarcity isn't because fuel is scarce, it's because of the closure of borders.

If you are conversant with borderlines in states like Katsina and Sokoto, you'd realise that most filling stations over there are built mainly for the purpose of smuggling oil to other countries.

How do you explain having like 10 filling stations in a village where you can count the numbers of plying vehicles per hour?

Kema Chikwe, Fidelia Njeze, Stella Oduah, Osita Chidoka were all from the SE and yet did not deem it fit to genuinely upgrade the only international airport in that region.

Even Stella Oduah that obviously stole monies and concentrated more on the purchase of BMW wasn't only praised by her kinsmen but also awarded with a senatorial seat.

However, the wicked Fulani man from Katsina will not only upgrade the airport, he will also complete the Second Niger Bridge.

Kudos to Governor Ganduje, his projects speak for him.

You can call him all sorts of names but the truth is he performed and engaged in more mass-oriented projects than most of your governors.
