The amount Nigerian and African artists are charging for international collaborations these days is insane. $200,000 for a feature is crazy. Some British artists don't even charge that much. |

$2k for ticket to one game, You sure say yahoo plus and Ogun owo never enter this thing. I know the world cup might not be back in the US for a long time, Maybe in my lifetime na why I wan check that off my list but tickets of $3k for group stage games, Na so person go turn homeless Why are you acting like its a lot of money for Americans? How much do tickets for music festivals or Taylor Swift concerts usually cost? The cheapest ticket for Game 3 of the Knicks was close to $4,000. |

Ellexy: An average player. Plenty shaku shaku, no end product. What kind of end product are you expecting from a winger at a relegation threatened club? He did fairly well considering the circumstances. He scored 20 goals and with 11 assists in the Championship which suggests in a stronger and more dominant team he could level up. The potential is clearly there. At 30 to 40 million he would be a descent signing. |

BlueRayDick: As much as Trump get him own wahala for America, the truth is some immigrants are causing issues for other immigrants in the west and those who are traveling to those western countries for legal/official business.
Look at the case of what is happening in Northern Island currently....A Sudanese immigrant attempted to behead a citizen which has sparked off anti-immigrants riot. Now the citizens are targeting any black immigrant they see whether Nigerian, Ghanaian, Sudanese, etc. Now the question is if an European tried to murder an Irish person in Northern Ireland, would they riot? You and I both know the answer is no. But when the suspect is Black suddenly there are riots and they start targeting all black people. Call it what it is....... Racism. |

Lana1: Reason why he should be sold. We can no longer afford to be harboring unreliable players if we want to be serious about chasing the big titles His contract expires next season so I assume the club would stick with him for one more season and give him a big send off. I don't see funds being enough in getting a new fullback with more pressing issues in midfield and left wing. |

TheLequte: 90%… So, not always true.
My point is that there’s a limit to which a good coach will raise the limit of his players.
Another example- Kierra McKenna is back in the EPL again with Ipswich Town after relegating last season. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t stand in danger of getting relegated again next season. His squad is good enough for the Championship, not the EPL.
If Ancelotti, Pep or any other top top gaffer take over the Ipswich job, expecting them to qualify for Europe will be a tall order.
There’s always a limit to which a good coach can raise the level of his team. There's always a limit to everything but a good coach 90% of the time will always raise the level of his team and players. |

Leyqute: Not always true.
Look at Vincent Kompany. He coached Burnley to the EPL and immediately got relegated. Now he’s at Bayern and in the UCL semi finals with the league already wrapped up.
It’s always a mix of formation, manager, squad, and club. If not we would’ve won the league with Mourinho. And Liverpool wouldn’t be struggling this season. It's 90% always true. A good coach raises the level of his players. |

TemporaryHansel: Most Nigerians are not serious. I don't understand why they're always wailing about government failure, then when it's time to make hard decisions to remove said government they turn 3 4 7 and start giving countless excuses for said government to continue. It doesn't make sense. This must be an otherworldly spell, because I don't see any other way their actions can be rationalized.
You complain about a government every day and when you see a sure way that'll remove said government 100% you refuse and say you want the government to continue then you continue wailing later. You are sounding like the alternatives are better. People complained about Pdp only to vote in Apc and it got worst. Provide a better alternative and the people will follow. Just take a look at Trump, one of the worst president of all time. |

Ellexy: I'll give Amorim credit for temu sui. Other than that, INEOS are responsible for the new players we signed, not Amorim.
If anything it further paints Amorim bad cos they got him Premier League proven players and he couldn't do shit with them. A useless workman doesn't know how to make good use of his tools. Carrick came in, same tools, different results. We are better without Amorim. All the credit for getting rid of Garnacho evaporates with how he nearly binned Maino. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Bombblacks: 5:24pm On Apr 22 |
Lana1: Pele o real fans. Lammens was the only signing where Amorim wanted someone more experienced when he was bought. But if we ask you to prove where Amorim was expressly against his signing or any of the other signings that Ineos had to step in to overrule him you will drop another lengthy mishmash of words trying to sound smart.
Imagine comparing United to Leicester City as if they have the same pull and revenue as United and as if whatever ideas and vision the owner had for the club after their league win didn't die with him in that helicopter crash. Ehmm Tottenham are on the verge of relegation and they are 9th on revenue generated world wide. From champions league final in 2019 to maybe the championship in less than 7 years. We ourselves finished 16th last year. |
