I did biometrics 12 May, sent paid mail 30th June, decision made, waited 15 working days no response on on how to get my passport. Replied the previous paid mail and another escalation was make on the 20th July to wait another 15 working days, I got an email on Monday that they apologise for the delay and that they will work on returning my passport as soon as possible. What we need is to keep praying that the Lord will show mercy over the situation, only the Lord can do it!

I am in the sam dilema..i have exam in manchester august 5th..and na so i dey

I received the same message this morning that it can only be escalated in the 8th week which the 8 week is on the 4th of august, I really don’t know what to do as I have an interview in Abuja on the 12 of august, can anyone advice as I need my kpali

Mine was June 8th and today makes it 6 weeks…. Sent paid mail on Sunday and they replied with awaiting decision. Since decision has been made in your own case then expect collection mail anytime soon.

Didnt know you are counting working days because i was told by ukvi that it takes 6wks not 6wks working days.

How do you cpunt this weeks?is it not meant to be from the date of biometric.
My biometric was 6th of june and from this date i felt am on the 7th week

My biometric was june 6..
7th week started yesterday n my exam is july 27th

I sent a mail on friday..and i got the same mail.
