The BOM is not d the highest in operation. You have the area oerations manager (AOM) and d COO

In a business office, BOM is the highest level, like I said, which ever one you anwser, just show you can talk, if the ED asks you that question, and you say AOM, you might get other follow up questions like how do you intend to achieve that... Just be ready to defend that.. Also, one important thing with an Ed is, he/she doesn't talk much, you are expected to do the talking and when you are done and he/she is still looking at you, she expects more expression of that your 'english interweaved with brilliance and not arrogance..

please was the 2nd and 3rd interview done on the same day and also was it everyone that did the first interview that will be called for the 2nd one?.

The ED comes once in a while, so if she just visited your region, you will have to wait till she comes again, i had my 3rd interview 60 days afte the second .(election delay inclusive) while some had thiers 2weeks after and some on same day.. So if you, have not been called for interview 3, all hope ain't lost yet..
The first interview is done by the resident HR, Its not an elimination stage though anything can still happen.

Second interview was quite intense as that is where many people are dropped. A HR from another regioncame to us, she gave us an expo. 'Look very bright and smart and don't appear dull' I believe being smart and appealing to what your interviewer wants is key. She asked my strength and weakness, asked my hobby, I believe my answer didn't matter, wat mattered is showing I can actually talk and talk smart. 3rd interview was quick but ppl get dropped as well. This tym, an Executive director of UBA would conduct the interview, was asked where I see my self in d next five years.. Answer is BOM.. Branch Operations Manager. That is the highest level in operations.
The ED looked at me indifferently as to know if this guy is lame or sharp.. (I may not be that sharp. God was at work).. Training sch is strictly suit, be careful at school, people get expelled from thr as well...

Hello guys, i remember being in this position not too long ago with a lot of questions and few answers.. So i will quickly put u through based on my experience There are 3 interviews before medicals.. Sometimes phycometric test is omitted, but all must pass through the third interview with an excecutive director before being called for medical(i.e if the interview is successful) i guess you all have to wait for Ed to come to your region before you think of medicals.
There is no fixed time interval for progressing to another level of the interview. It took me over 100 days from first invite before reaching the ED stage(election break Inclusive), some spent over 160 days, while some used only 14 days to complete the whole process before getting to Medicals.. So just be calm and don't think you have been forgotten. At training school, all you need is obedience and hardwork, spare the those days and be very compliant both in attitude and in your studies. You did meet a lot of wonderful people. Finally, at the work place, which is whr i am now, just strive for excellence (which by God's grace) is the passion that reverberates within.

I DID MINE ON 16TH APRIL NO FEED BACK FROM UBA ALTHOUGH I PASSED THE TEST ACCORDING TO THE CONGRATULATION MESSAGE AFTER I SUBMITTED. NO ED STAGE NOTHING NOTHING
ARE THEY DOING IT IN BATCHES?

just relax, i waited 60 days before going through the ED interview.. meanwhile check your mail regularly for a possible link to complete a psycometric test.. you could pass through two interviews before getting to the ED stage.. Best of luck

i wanna study sql and java on a short term basis.... hw do i go about it? and does Aptech teach d thier courses well?
