Some of us are created that way.. I am also very taciturn and I like it that way.. Sometimes we just have to accept our weaknesses and that is what makes us human. As for your GF, I am very sure that if you were the loquacious type, she will definitely complain too.

Yes

As humans, imperfection has always been a dent or stain in our way of life. No one is perfect!... So There is surely one or two things that makes us vulnerable or weak, it could be what we love, hate, an addiction, your possession or perhaps something in our character or demeanor.

And please, don't tell me you don't have weaknesses even the richest and strongest man ever were not exempted... Remember Solomon and Samson, they both had weaknesses too... Women!!!! For example one of my friend told me that one of his weakness is seeing any lady with shorts skirt.

So no matter how hard hearted, stubborn,and wicked you are, or no matter how soft hearted, cool, and you are.. There is always one thing that makes you melt or explode.... That thing is your weakness.

Misao Okawa was born on 5 March 1989 and celebrated her birthday earlier this month, she died from heart failure at the age of 117.

Mrs Okawa was recognized in 2013 as the world's oldest living person, as well as the world's oldest living woman by Guinness world record. Before her demise, she said the key to a long life was getting at least 8 hours of sleep at night and eating sushi - her favorite food.
She lived across 3 centuries, seeing four emperors of Japan, six british monarchs and 20 u.s presidents.

If you recall, the oldest person who has ever lived according to Guinness was Jeanne calment of France who lived 122 years and 164 days. She died in August 1997.

Apart from the witches and wizards,etc. some good, innocent people also fell victim to those torturing device, especially the early translators of the Bible and those who own a bible... They were also burnt alive with their Bible chained to their hearts......

i don't see this as a torture device, it is rather a killing device
there is no torture involved in cutting off a persons head, once the head is gone, the person is simply dead and feels no pain
i agree with the other torture devices you have posted, but i don't agree with the Guillotine as a torture device.

But don't you agree that the guillotine has an iota of creativity? it reduces the rigor of beheading.,just a little chop, the head is gone.

1.Hanged,Drawn,and Quartered.
The victim would be hanged by the neck, followed by disembowelment, and castration (drawn) and lastly the victim would be divided into four separate parts and beheaded (Quartered).

3.Rat Torture.
Being in an enclosure With rats is torture enough, but apparently this is not enough. One of the most sadistic of all torture involves having a cage heated with fire and the other side of the cage dominated by rats. It's unimaginable!

The cement shoes were introduced by the American mafia when they executed enemies, traitors, and spies by placing their feet inside cinder blocks and then filling them up with wet cement. Once it dried, the victim would be thrown alive into a river or other deep body of water.

Often used to mutilate those who attempt to assassinate the king, the iron pincer was heated red-hot before being used to clamp down on the victim's appendages and tearing them from their bodies.

9.The Chair Of Torture.
Also known as the judas chair, it was a terrible, intimidating torture device that was added to dungeons in the middle age, used until the 1800's in Europe. This chair was layered with 500 to 1500 spikes on every surface with tight straps to restrain its victim. Made of iron, it can also contain spaces for heating elements beneath the seats. It was often used to scare people into giving confession as they watched others been tortured on the device.

10.Brea$t Ripper.
Though women were also subject to many of the torture techniques, this is one that was specifically designed for them. Used to cause major blood loss, the claws, which are often red hot, would be placed on the exposed brea$t as the spikes penetrate beneath the skin. It would then be pulled or Jerked causing large chunks of flesh to come off with it.
