cooljude: I just have to correct your ignorance about something, Saudi Arabia is the home place of Sunni Muslims and it is the number one enemy of Shia Muslims. I don't understand why you people either ignorantly or intentionally accuse Shia if anything bad haopens. i am not a Muslim but if i were to choose between the two, i definitely wouldn't choose a side that gave birth to boko, Isis, and all known terrorist (Sunni). was a mistake, Sunni not shia. I support shia though. They are more tolerant |

Maka1: Bigot, who told you that the Gregorian calendar is for the Christians? sycophant, the reason the Saudis or Muslims started their own calendar was not to have anything to do with Christianity or a show of not depending on dates accepted by so called "infidels". So what has happened the infidels have cornered them to accept the Gregorian calendar. For ur information, the calendar in majorly used by Christians. Islam has theirs, until now and also China has theirs. Maybe the Chinese would have to change their too for economic reasons. |

Beetobee: Illiteracy is indeed a disease! FYI, when the Gregorian calender was initiated by the Roman Catholic Pope, the Protestants and Eastern Orthodox countries still used the Julian calender and only adopted the former for ease of business transactions. All are Christians(correct me if I am wrong). Fast forward to 2016, the adoption of the Gregorian calender is purely for economic purposes and doesnt change anyhing in the faith and beliefs of Muslims. Reminder for those making noise: both Christianity and Islam are received religions. If you have a problem with Islam, drop your received Christianity and go back to your ancestors' religions. Mr literary they accepted for ease of business transaction, that's what u read or u just decided to relate it with Saudi accepting it for business transaction. Tell me something else |

Joker's, anyone who thinks buhari is not in support of whatever the northern mafia is doing especially in respect of ondo primaries should have a rethink.
In the game of politics, no powerful person(s) watch and allow some persons become more powerful, instead thy try every means to pull down such person(s) either totally or to their own size. Even tinubu knows this. |

Smh,
So Muslim Saudi now accepts a Christian calendar.
Wonderful.
These are people most sunni Muslims imitate, a country Muslims regard as their holy land, but you begin to wonder where some get all these their extremist ideologies especially those in northern Nigeria. I think Muslims deserve to know the real origin of Islam, not all these tales we hear. |

May God bless those against sale of assets, this politicians are criminals and work in tandem with the capitalist, like dangote and co. Selling of the docile refineries is ok but no one should talk of selling the fg shares in NLNG, that should be a no go area.
Those shouting sell national assets are those who hate competition in business, as some of them are about to venture into businesses that the fg is involved in.
Nigeria is about to be put on sale, we must resist this.
And for ekweremadu continue doing the good job u were elected to do. |
